It was a wonderful stay, the house is lovely, cosy, feels entirely like your own home and the owners are super friendly and welcoming. We couldn't imagine a better host than Vera and Dragan :-) Nice jacuzzi with a lovely garden view is also a big plus. Our dog enjoyed the big garden too :-). We will definitely come back someday!

we expected a beautiful spacious house and the expectation has been exceeded. The House was in very good Condition and clean, we had all, what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. the garden was big enough for a for a smal walk with the Dog. Our host were very kind

Great hosts, house spotlessly clean on arrival, regular jacuzzi maintenance, fully functional kitchen, big property with plenty of shade, pet friendly.

I spent a holiday in Shimunelka with my family and friends (four adults and four children). Very comfortable house near the beach. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Modernly equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, where we spent evenings after day trips and sunbathing. A large garden equipped with deckchairs, a football field and enabling active play is a great advantage for families with children. On cooler evenings, you can warm up and relax in the hot tub I was Croatia for the third time and I know that the natives are hospitable, but for the first time I met such friendly, kind and helpful owners. We spent almost two weeks there, during which they looked after our comfort. If you are planning a vacation in Istria, I highly recommend staying at this property.

· House is new and everything looks exactly like on the pictures. Rooms with air conditioning and bathrooms. Hot tube - we have spent there each evening 😉 hosts are cleaning the tube 3 times per weeks Totally amazing place without neighbors, full of silence 🙂 5 min walk to the beach and bar. So everything is very close. Hosts are the best ever 😉 and I am very glad that we have spent our holiday in such a beautiful place. We will be back there for sure. Thank you Vera and Dragan! Great place for holiday stay. Very friendly and helpful host, speaking English, Italian and German. New house, all rooms with separate airconditioning and bathrooms, dishwasher, coffee machine and other helpfull gadgets like hot tub... 5 min walk to the beach with little harbour, restaurant and warm sea:) Thank You Vera and Dragan, great service!
