The property was fantastic for the most part. The only thing letting it down a little bit was the girl who checked us in was not terribly friendly… also the toilet paper was scratchy. I’ve never come across that before! The location was beautiful and the room had a great amount of space and it was exceptionally clean.

We were sent a room number with a code that wasn't correct, so that wasted a lot of time. Upon phoning the number supplied with our booking, he said it was not one of his. Office not clearly visible

Great location right across the road from the wharf. Room was lovely and spacious, bed was big and very comfortable. Lovely outside space to have a drink and watch the sunset. Darren was great, even posted belongings we left behind

The room was shabby,.... unfinished work under the kitchen sink. Paint coming off the bathroom windows. Skirting board coming off. The toilet seat lid had no support, just went straight back and hit the wall. A flower decoration was facing the wall. The four poster bed didnt have any drapery on it, ( the picture above check in showed the bed all draped out) The room was shabby considering it was the "Honeymoon suite", we didn't know this until we booked in. I wouldn't recommend a bridal party booking this room, which just happened to be room no. 69.

The apartment was sunny and warm. Great views from all windows. Close to all amenities.

No complaints.

The decor was tired and in need of renovation, the balcony and balustrade was covered in bird droppings and spider webs, the toilet bowl was cracked, there was a prior customers dirty sock under the bed. It was over priced for what we got.
