Cette annexe est située sur le terrain du Priory Farmhouse Annex - un très beau bâtiment classé au grade 2 situé dans la campagne pittoresque juste à l'extérieur d'Arundel.
L'établissement est situé à proximité de la gare d'Arundel et le centre-ville d'Arundel est à moins de 10 minutes à pied.
Il y a une jolie terrasse pour s'asseoir et profiter du soleil du West Sussex et un parking privé et sécurisé pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 2 voitures. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Le salon et la chambre sont tous deux situés au premier étage. Il y a un canapé-lit (coût supplémentaire de 10 £ par nuit) si vous avez besoin de dormir 4 personnes au lieu de deux.
Les chiens bien élevés sont autorisés (coût supplémentaire de 25 £ par chien et par semaine), mais ils ne doivent pas être laissés sans surveillance sur le site. Il y a de magnifiques promenades juste de la porte avec un sentier du haut des champs des propriétaires.
Veuillez noter que nous sommes dans un bon quartier pour l'Internet avec le service 4G rapide. Il y a 2 Go de mémoire fournie sur le dongle portable qui vous sera remis à votre arrivée afin que vous puissiez consulter vos e-mails et naviguer un peu sur Internet pendant votre séjour, mais davantage de données peuvent être achetées via le gestionnaire de l'établissement avant votre réservation vous utilisez Internet pour les affaires ou pour un usage plus intensif tel que le streaming de films, etc.

The property was perfect for two and in a very convenient place to visit Arundel an beautiful countryside

The cottage was just what we were looking for, it was comfortable, clean and tidy, well-equipped and well-located for easy (walking) access to Arundel. As luck would have it, we arrived in Arundel at the start of their Art Week event, so we spent most of the week visiting the different studios and houses, enjoying the superb artwork of the many artists involved.

This is a difficult one to review. On the one hand, the owner was extremely helpful and friendly to me and my partner. The accommodation was clean and largely as described. The kitchen/diner was small but adequate and well-equipped, the lounge and bedroom were pleasant. The problem really was the noise from the Arundel by-pass, the A27, which was closer than I anticipated, and from upstairs bedroom you got the continual roar of traffic right through the night which contributed to some seriously sleepless nights. It was August, when traffic going west was at its heaviest, right through the night. I do think the picture of what looks like a wooded lane is mis-leading. I had somehow imagined that the accommodation might be behind the old priory and further from the road. As it is it is bang up against it, being to the side of the main property. I wouldn't call it a restful place from that perspective, and the picture gives the impression of a more sylvian surrounding than is the case. But as a cheerful base from which to explore the area, and if you weren't overly-sensitive to road noise, or holidayed at other times of the year, I'm sure it would be a good spot. You can walk in to Arundel on foot and mostly off road via the station, which is excellent.

Annie and Phil are excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble, good shower, comfy bed, the whole cottage was well equipped, we found it a good base for exploring Arundel and the surrounding South Downs countryside .. would definitely recommend.

What a shame, we only got to enjoy 2 days at this lovely cottage- due to the prime ministers address to the nation- really beautiful surroundings and in walking distance of Arundel.
Bed really really comfy. Annie and Phil really friendly and helpful.
