Le pont arrière magnifique avec des sièges confortables donne sur la plage de sable privée et le son de Long Island. Le chalet a été complètement refait à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Tout est neuf! Internet gratuit Wi Fi, télévision par câble, AC. Complètement meublé. Tout ce que vous devez apporter est des draps. Ça ne vaut pas mieux que ça !!! Apportez votre jet ski, votre bateau et profitez de nos matinées!

This wonderful property is right on the beach! My husband and I enjoyed lovely beach days and took a spin in the kayaks that were available to guests. This would be great for families, too.

We had a nice beach getaway to this cozy beach cottage! Steps away from the beach, in a lovely neighborhood as well. Nice beach amenities as well - like chairs, umbrellas, kayaks even! Some things around the house could use a couple updates like the squeaky beds and mattresses. Overall, happy to have stayed here for a long weekend.

My family of five had a wonderful time in Sharlene Cottage. We woke up to the water every morning. With kids it was incredibly convenient to just walk a few steps to the beach without having to lug anything. It’s that one thing that helped my wife and I to relax.
The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking and biking with kids.
Great casual seafood restaurants are everywhere, including Bill’s Seafood. A great place.
Karl the owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive.
The cottage itself was beautiful, bright, comfortable, and everything was in the right place. Plus air conditioning!
We can’t wait to go back.

The property is cute clean and right on the water! The only thing I’d advise is that in the kaitlyn cottage there is technically one more cottage between this house and the water but you’re still right there. Just don’t have the same view if you’re sitting outside or on the little deck. The beach is also shared with whoever else is in throes places, which for us was SUPER fun because everyone who stayed was awesome and friendly and it made for a very fun social time. Plenty of beds for multiple guests and AC throughout the house. The owner was helpful getting us into the property and even let us arrive a little early which was nice. Tons of bars restaurants and shopping just a mile from the house. Highly recommend :)

Gathered at this adorable cottage with a few college girlfriends for 2 days. House was very clean and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. Property has two other cottages which could be a great way to gather with additional family.

The electric heater kept the entire cottage cozy. Everything was clean, the property was perfect for families. The beach is private and only a few steps away. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Shopping is very convenient. Will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful property with everything you would need for a relaxing beach vacation. The location doesn’t get any better, in a nice, safe neighborhood, directly on the beach. We would definitely rent this house again!

Working with Karl and Sharlene was easy. They made the whole process go smoothly. The house is so adorable and the location is ideal. Would be a great family get away too. Will definitely think about renting again since we all loved the area!
