We were so awed by this beautiful village and location overlooking Como Lake. And to match the beauty of the surroundings, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had all the necessary amenities. Lorenzo, our host was amazing. With a warm welcome, excellent service, he assisted with everything we needed and more. I would like to commend Lorenzo for making our stay a very memorable and comfortable one and highly recommend La Terrazza di Casarico. Thank you once again for such an amazing stay!

I appreciated the effort Lorenzo put into making sure every corner of the holiday home was immaculate and inviting. It's clear that you genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of his guests. Lorenzo's thoughtfulness in providing all the necessary amenities and those thoughtful extra touches like local recommendations and a welcome basket truly made this experience unforgettable.
The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings allowed me to unwind and recharge in a way that only a truly special place can offer. We leave with a heart full of cherished memories and a deep appreciation for the hospitality.

Just the parking space is very challenging BUT again Lorenzo stayed all the time around to make sure we found parking places every day.

Lorenzo was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble. He was very welcoming meeting us at the station to help us get us to the apartment and was more than happy to provide lifts if we needed. The views from the terrace were amazing. The apartment was clean and well presented.

Lorenzo has put lots of effort and care into his apartment. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Wonderful views. Great deck. He is super helpful but respectful of a guests space. Very central area and we loved the village and ferry to everywhere.
You need a car for sure. But wasn’t a problem as we had one.

The apartment is proper for a couple or a family of max. 4, clean, bright, with all necessary amenities. The views from the windows and terrace are absolutely amazing.

nothing really, only downside is that larger cars cannot park near the property, but the host is very helpful and picked us up and even offered to pick us up from restaurants etc

Hard to sum what we liked up. Everything was perfect.
First, the host is very kind and makes everything possible to make our stay as fine as possible : help and advices, but even more.
Moreover, the flat is cery confortable and functionnal, we enjoyed our stay over expectation.
Then, the flat is located in a place which is nice and offers facilities for transports (fine places, easy to pick a boat up, etc.).
Perfect.
For true, nothing. Not any point we could report.
Perhaps could we mention that it's better to have good legs because the flat is uphill but not only allows it to have a fine view on the lake, but also Lorenzo helped us any time we needed by picking up down in town.

The place overlooks a lake of imagination,, the owner of the house and his wife are wonderful and helpful, even I helped us on the first day of our arrival and took us with his own car to the supermarket,, he is really human.

Lorenzo was an incredible host! One of the best, if not the best, we've ever had at any accommodation. He picked us up and dropped us off from the train station, shared a beer with us upon arrival, and even made dinner reservations for us one night. The view from this place is amazing, but Lorenzo is an even more amazing host.

This might have been one of the best trips we've ever had - not just because of the beautiful view and very fresh apartment, but because Lorenzo and Alessandra were absolutely amazing hosts. We felt extremely welcome and received all the help we could have possibly asked for, including recommendations for places to see, transportation, and restaurants to visit.
(Lorenzo even went the extra mile to help me surprise my girlfriend with a true Italian dinner and wine.. it was just fantastic)!
Don't miss out on this apartment, two amazing hosts, and beautiful lake Como. We will be back soon!

Outstanding views of the lake! Newly renovated! The owners Lorenzo and his lovely wife were more than welcoming and couldn’t do any more to ensure we had a lovely stay, including providing some homemade Limoncello lol - which was fab! They truly made our stay even better.
There was nothing to dislike! The location can be hard to get to if you don’t have a car, it’s such a steep uphill walk and taxi’s are sparse, but Lorenzo the owner was happy to provide transport.

We loved everything!
For us the apartment was everything we wanted and more. It was clean and modern! But also the view was on another level! Literally!!! Even when it was raining we sat and stared at the view!
But to top it off Lorenzo was the friendliest host ever. Even before we turned up he answered all messages quickly. Also organising our transfers to and from the Airport!
Nothing was ever too much of an ask. Not only did he recommend lots of lovely restaurants, he was happy to book them for us.
Then to top it off he also was happy to run us up and down from the lake to the apartment. Which was quite often as we were there for a wedding and had quite a few events to attend.
I really hope we can return asap!!!

Lorenzo was a very accommodating host and nothing was missing. On our arrival day he helps with our luggage up to the steep way to the Apartment.
We really enjoyed our stay in his Apartment in Moltrasio. It's very modern equipped with a lovely design. The view from the terrace is the cherry on the cake.
We traveled with our little baby and if something was missing, Lorenzo found a solution. Dear Lorenzo, thanks for the bathtub on wheels 😁.
Maybe one day we will come back to you.

We cannot recommend this accommodation enough. The view amazing, the apartment very nice and spatious, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Lorenzo, is absolutely the best, willing to help and go the extra mile. If we are to come back to Como, we will stay here.
Parking could be a problem, we came with a station car, and it was a bit of a squeeze. But it's it be expected in Italy

Amazing view of Como, very clean, all the facilities you need to enjoy your stay. Extras provided such as Prosecco and homemade limoncello. The host Lorenzo went above and beyond to help us and even gave us lifts if we needed them. He made our stay here so welcoming.
The property is sort of remote (which is advertised) so if you don’t have a car you have to walk up a large hill to get there but the view was worth it for us!

Beautiful view and very gracious and helpful hostess! We were unable to maneuver into the parking spot, but she was so helpful in finding a safe place for us to park our rental. Very spacious and clean apartment!

The communication with the host was really easy, nice and fun. The view from the terrace is simply amazing. Everything you need is there. The neighborhood is very calm, perfect for romantic evenings on the terrace. The value you get is great and I could not expect anything more. Highly recommended!
I can't say that it was an issue for us, but getting to the parking spot with a car might be a little challenging for some drivers who are not used to steep uphills and narrow streets. Watch your bumper when making a turn into the driveway. Also, if you chose walking, be prepared for some exercise since there is a considerable amount of stairs: nothing too much, but I broke a sweat. I could not call these minuses, it's just something to have in mind.

The appartement is very large, and super clean. Everything you need is there and the view is amazing. The terras is the best place to sit and relax!
The road to the appartement is small and up hill but no problem. The parking spot has a steep and oblique access if you want to come with a big/long car could this be a problem.

The property is in a wonderful location with great views! Please be aware if you are driving or not, it is far up the mountain side. The property owners Lorenzo and his wife were so friendly and welcoming they helped us with our luggage and even made us a wonderful dinner! Would highly recommend this place to my friends.
