Excellent emplacement, appartement agréable bien décoré.
Le lave-vaisselle n'était pas présent, le wifi ne marchait pas, il n'y avait pas d'ascenceur (3ème étage), le literie était passable, il n'y avait aucun couteau coupant...

La décoration, très cocooning.
La salle de bain est génial.
L’équipement est moderne.
Le système pour récupérer les clés.
L’emplacement du logement, à proximité de tout.
Les draps : pas de draps housse mais un simple drap qui du coup s’enlève tout le temps et on se retrouve sur la protection qui ne doit pas être lavé systématiquement.
Le matelas un peu mou, peut-être bon à changer.

The location was perfect. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. it wasn’t too noisy despite being on a busy pedestrian street with restaurants and bars.
it was a bit of a hike up the stairs with suitcases. The sheet didn’t fit the bed and couldn’t be tucked in ….but annoying!

It was a really nice space to stay while in Nancy. The location was amazing as it is just a short walk away from the Stanislas square. The apartment is located just above a French book store and it really does seem like something out of a movie. I would highly recommend this place.
The bed could have been more comfortable. It is also a third floor apartment with no elevator so beware of the stairs.

Exceptional location, pedestrian area most of the time 1/2 block from Stanislaus Square. Appearance of unit, well done renovation.
Bath light with a very obscure switch on all night with only a curtain separator from sleeping area. Discovered switch morning of departure before staff was able to tell us where it was.
3rd floor lots of stairs (we were ok with that but still didn't like it).

bedroom like a sweat box not even a fan to move the air
was not aware until last moment that it was up 3 flights of stairs.
had problems with the internet until we asked . also if you open the windows it is very noisy with street noise!

Location is excellent.
Atmosphere in the downtown area is very nice.
Interior Styling of the apartment is well done.
Some drawbacks:
1. Communication entirely in French.
2. Many instructions that forbid to do something, do Make not feel you welcome at all. Mistrust is the key word.
3. Number of towels is very limited.
4. Cars are not allowed in the street. You need to find a car park in the neighborhood, no instructions given.
5. It’s noisy outside. The nightlife stops around 2 am, but we managed to sleep well with windows closed the noise is not an issue. When we were there the temp. Outside hit 30 plus degrees which made it a bit strenuous.
6. The appartement has no elevator and you need 70 stairs to reach it.

The location was fine, just a short walk from the train station and right in the centre of the historic part.
The apartment itself was spacious and (esp. the living room) tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped.
There is no lift and taking the heavy suitcase upstairs to the third floor may be challenging.
There was no hot water on the second day of our stay and our host has completely ignored our appeals for help, which was quite disappointing. To her credit, the host was readily available when it was about the payment and leaving the keys on checking out))
There was no dishwasher, although the booking.com describes the apartment as having one.
It might be extremely noisy well into the night, as the street is full of bars.
