everything was greate except reception staff

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the city Square. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included a large variety of fresh and tasty food. located in a quiet area.

The location of the hotel has a great view, especially the view from the balcony. I liked the hotel room layout, clean room, corridor and elevator as well, internal parking is not big but convenient. Breakfast was good, Christine at the reception was very helpful, all in all, very comfortable stay, will return next time

the staff are quite snobbish. specially the guy in the reception he’s quite rude.

The room was dusty and I had blocked nose most of the time but come to another hotel and dont have that problem. Breakfast was poor selection. It was expensive can stay down the road in better hotel for 20/30$ less. People smoke on balcony and smell of smoke come to our room. Safe deposit box not working. Battery on remote didn't work and needed changed. The shower was nice. Only got 2 pillows. Good heating system and warm. Hotel could be good if a few changes made. Good location and plenty of action near this area but quiet in hotel. Many little things pile up to make bad stay. Overall very expensive and I did feel value for money and many things wrong. I would not stay here again.

- The location was good ,it is at old tbilisi near from mercury hotel , - clean and tidy modern rooms but very small , - the breakfast was good but the buffet area is too small !! 2 persons cannot stand beside each other !! - warm - no noise when u close the windows 👍🏼

- First of all we reserved 2 rooms with balconies ,they gave us 1 room only with balcony and it was on the 1st floor ! the second room on 3rd floor but without balcony !! - when we arrived the guy at the reception was very tuff and aggressive with us ( we arrived at 12:30 pm .. he told us the room is not ready yet and the check in at 2:00 pm .. i told him if there is any another empty room because y wife is pregnant and she is very tired .. his answer was no i don’t have any rooms and u must wait.. even he didn’t bring us a cup of water!!! ) we stayed at the reception with our bags maybe 1 hour till he gave us the room - ROOM 311 .. the room is very small .. very very small .. without balcony ( even i reserved with balcony ) 😑 - the toilet is very big and i wish i meet the designer 😑 because he designed a toilet bigger than the room itself !! also when u r taking a shower .. all the water will be on the floor and no mop to wipe the floor .. and I’m one of the people who bothers me very much that bathroom floor always wet 😖 - the room services stuff don’t put toothpaste ! everyday i must ask for a toothpaste to brush my teeth ! - u will get 2 small bottles of water everyday ( if u ask more u will be charged 4 GEL / each ) even we are the 3 persons ( Me ,my wife & my daughter) ! - after 11:00 am noway to get anything like food or something to drink because the kitchen is closed ( as the reception replied us ) 😏

I would like to say that hotel has nice view and definetly clear

Location can be little problem if you dont like tı hiking ..) hotel has located on the small hill and you have to hiking for to reach hotel:) and everyday same breakfast at least they could change 2-3 products , bar /restaurants also is close in the evening I can not advice my friends or i can not say i will stya here again , i am sure that you can find better hotel with this price
