Spacieuse et silencieuse calèche dans les contreforts de l'ouest du Maine, nichée entre la ferme et la grange. 15 acres de prés et de bois. Dort cinq. 4 miles au nord de Farmington vers Sugarloaf. Idéal pour passer du temps avec la famille et les amis, les vacances et la solitude. Nous acceptons toutes les personnes de 21 ans et plus. Nous accueillons les enfants et les nourrissons.

Porche et pont. woodstove Très cool. Un foyer dans le pré et un hamac confortable caché entre deux épinettes. Bien que les bons voisins soient à proximité, ils ne sont pas visibles. nous sommes bordés de bois de tous les côtés.
Le centre-ville de Farmington est formidable: l'université du Maine à Farmington, de bons restaurants, une grande librairie indépendante et Reny's (une tradition du Maine!). Nous sommes à environ 45 minutes de sentiers de grande randonnée-Appalaches, Mount Blue, Tumbledown. Kingfield est de 25 minutes, la zone Sugarloaf environ 35 à 40 minutes. zone Rangeley environ 45 minutes. Clearwater Lake est d'environ 10 minutes.

We just loved Bill and Victoria. They were right there to greet us and show us around the farm. The carriage house is darling. It’s immaculate and charming and we love the thought they put into the decor. The little kitchen area has the most adorable stove and sink and was stocked with everything from fresh eggs and english muffins to yogurt, milk and oj (some of which were in the mini fridge). The wood stove is really unique and makes the loft all warm and cozy. If you’re an animal lover you will LOVE the donkeys and goats…oh my goodness! I fell in love with them at first sight! When we booked Bray Barn Farms a few months earlier, we had no idea how much we needed this getaway. It was so peaceful and actually healing for a couple of outside stressors we were working through. We had such a beautiful time and didn’t want to leave! Bill & Victoria’s place is magical and we will definitely be back!

It was an amazing stay. A truly special place and a slice of heaven! Great hosts Bill and Victoria! We are still in awe of how lovely everything was. We hope someday to experience it all over again. Excellent, all around! 5-Stars and some!

An oasis in the woods
My partner and roommate and I spent 9 days in this peaceful spot. The pictures do not do it justice. Bill and Victoria are wonderful hosts. Loved the recommendations they shared. Loved hiking Mt. Blue, the drive-in movie theatre and ice cream spot in town, cooking and grilling, sitting in the many beautiful spots on the property, the farm animals and whimsical wandering path!

Lovely and sweet!!!
I cannot say enough about this sweet little place!! We absolutely loved our stay and still wish we were there! Victoria and Bill are some of the most kindest souls we have met! The fresh eggs were delicious, the donkeys and baby goats are the cutest ever!! We loved hearing all of the animals in the morning, as well as the chickens ! My son loved the meandering path and feeding the animals! The carriage house is so clean and beautiful!! See for yourself you will not regret it!We hope to return in the fall! Thank you for the lovely time!

Absolutely beautiful
Bill and Victoria were wonderful hosts; they checked in with us periodically to make sure we were doing ok. The carriage house itself is an amazing place to stay; comfortable and cosy and we enjoyed our time here so much! The donkeys and goats were and added plus! Definitely hope to come back and will recommend this place to others.

Our stay at the carriage house was delightful. My husband and I were charmed by the lovely hosts, impeccably designed and decorated carriage house, and idyllic property. My three children (ages 1.5 yrs - 7 yrs) were tickled by the animals and the sleeping loft. We all enjoyed the fresh eggs very very much! Many thanks to our hosts.
