The Villa is exceptional in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The Host Franco could not do enough and promptly supported us with any queries or support. There is enough space to accommodate the entire family and the bedrooms are large and spacious. Décor, furnishings and facilities are clean & modern. Would definitely come back in the future! Villa is walking distance to the local market and 3 or 4 very good restaurants. Beaches are only a 4km drive away. Excellent overall location

At this stage, I can't consider anything to be of any concern or issue! As we were self catering, the local market is expensive and you are some way from the larger Supermarkets on offer in the Region. My advice is that when traveling down from the Cagliari airport, call in to do some bulk shopping en route!

10/10 for absolutely everything! Franco was an amazing host, super friendly and kind. The villa was even more stunning in real life, very clean and spacious with a beautiful yard and pool. Great for big groups.

Franco, the host, and the villa are amazing. We rented the whole place across the 3 floors for 3 families with 11 people including 5 children. The property is brand new with a lot of space, high specs including a large gas bbq. Nearby you have a grocery, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is about 20 min walking or 5 min driving. Highly recommended.

-weak WiFi (but to enjoy strong wifi try different country than Italy)
