The location was perfect for us, the acces to the beach perfect, the pool was nice, the room to was clean and with everything that we need.

Nice room close to the airport- beach access (beautiful)

The food at the restaurant is not great at all.

We just stayed one night because our flight left in the morning, and it was good for that. Across the street there are some nice restaurants and an Oxxo. Bed was comfortable and we had a nice view. Good for one last jump in the ocean. The beach is not nearly as nice as further down south in Playa del Carmen or Tulum. It has a little kitchenette with a microwave, plates and a fridge, that's convenient. Also close to the airport, Uber can easily pick you up at Oxxo.

Water in the shower does not drain well, so it becomes a bit of a bathtub

Muy buen trato del personal, el hotel es de construcción antígua, sin embargo, posee muy buena ubicación y la piscina en el centro da una gran paz junto al mar.

Creo, que el hotel se amplió o cambió la entrada principal, por lo que la Recepción queda muy escondida.

The property met our expectation, loved the pool and the view. We were a little disappointed by the beach as it was very rough. We booked the property for the "best beach" but it was not compatible for a dip in the sea. May be it was due to our bad luck and timing, but for the 3 days we spent there, the beach always had the red flag and we were not allowed to go there. The rooms also get very humid due to the proximity to the beach, again not the fault of the property but come prepared. We stayed there in mid November.

I think the property shares it's entrance with another property and I found the guards a bit rude. We were made to wait at the entrance for quite a while and were not allowed to go to the reception until the receptionist came to fetch us. I have never seen this happen anywhere else in the world. We came directly from airport with kids and the wait at the last leg of the journey was a little uncomfortable.

Good location, easy stop over for airport, fair price

Room near entrance was kinda noisy at times, but didn’t matter for 1 day. Staff on the car park gate had a nice helpful lady when we arrived but the guys there on departure were rude and unfriendly.

Está relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, tiene playa y una vista bonita, las habitaciones son espaciosas. El complejo tiene una lavandería que si bien no es barato si saca de apuros. El precio de la noche no está mal para ser habitaciones que cuentan con acceso a playa, si estás de pasada en Cancún para tomar otro vuelo es una muy buena opción. La chava que nos recibió por la noche para check in fue totalmente amable y te apoyaba en lo que ocuparas

Que no es un hotel como tal, son habitaciones que están en un condominio residencial, podrían considerarse Airbnb solo que si tienen recepción

Que en su publicidad dicen apartamentos y son cuartos de hotel, no tienen espacios para fumar, o es calle o playa junto al agua, esperaba que como dicen apartamento, fueran cada apartamento con dos cuartos con cama o mínimo las camas qué tienen fueran King sise.

El área del alberca y playa muy agradable. El personal muy amable y atento.

La cama era incómoda y el ruido exterior se escuchaba dentro del cuarto, desde muy temprano. Así que el descanso no fue placentero.

The floor in the room was wet all the time it was very slippery it came from the humidity.

Was a great spot for a layover in Cancun as it’s 10 mins from the airport but also close to the hotel area where the nicest restaurants are. We thought to stay in the center initially but thank god we didn’t as it couldn’t compare to the hotel area. Also the beach at this hotel was great and not crowded at all so it was perfect for a dive to end our trip. It was great value for the facilities. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was brand new.

Outside look of the buildings could be better but honestly was totally fine. Restaurant of the hotel didn’t have great food but it was ok.
