Comprenant; planches polies partout, plafonds à râteau, nouvelles inclusions et cuisine au gaz moderne plus un lave-vaisselle. Avec 3 grandes chambres à coucher avec éléments intégrés, 2 salles de bain et un salon / salle à manger ouvert sur 2 balcons, cette propriété est idéale pour une grande famille mais fonctionne très bien pour deux familles. Vous pouvez vous promener jusqu'à la plage de Barlings ou de Tomakin et rentrer chez vous pour prendre une douche extérieure chaude ou froide avant d'allumer le barbecue pour le dîner. Cet endroit fantastique vous offre des vacances très relaxantes et vous ne voudrez plus jamais aller nulle part ailleurs. Pas besoin d'utiliser votre voiture. Viens et détends-toi.

Spacious family home, perfect for our family of 6 adults, having two bathrooms was fabulous.
Close to Tomakin and Barlings beaches and a cafe for daily coffees, plus a well stocked IGA within walking distance.
Fiona and Simon were quick to respond to an issue we had which was quickly resolved.
Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time on the South Coast which is just an idyllic part of NSW.
We will definitely be visiting again.

Simon and Fiona were quick to reply with any questions about our stay. The house had everything we need from ample cutlery, extra blankets, board games and books. The pantry had some condiments, and soaps.
It was easy access to Tomakin cove and a very short walk to Tomakin beach, Barlings beach, and the river.
My boys loved the outdoor shower that had hot water!
It was a pleasant stay with room for everyone to relax and enjoy different parts of the house.

Our stay was fantastic! This property was well suited to our young family and ticked all the boxes. Fantastic location close to the beach, Melville Point and The Rivermouth Cafe. Plenty of space for us all to relax and unwind.

My parents, husband, teenage daughter and I really enjoyed our Easter weekend getaway staying in this property.
Definitely somewhere we will book again if we need a 3 bedroom place to stay! Clean, tidy, all the facilities you require and in a great location.
Upon arrival l did argue with my husband about where the location of the property was. One of us was using the address we were given (which was correct) and the other was going off the first picture you see when you view this property online- The picture you see is the view from the front balcony of the water and happens to include another property :-)

We loved our stay in Tomakin. The beach and Cove were an easy walking distance from the house. The house was very comfortable and we would happily return.

Lovely property right across from the beach. Love the outdoor shower when you get home from a swim!
Easy walk to park for kids as well.

We had a great time at Tomakin in spite of worrying fire danger. The property is well set up with everything a family might need! The beach just across the road was amazing at any time of day! Kayaking on the river and plenty of walks in the area kept us busy for the entire stay! The only issue we had was the lack of internet service, which is in the process of being addressed! We can't wait to return!

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. We were impressed by the design of the property and the location being near the beach. We chose this property as it had bedrooms on 2 levels so our children and their baby could have their own space away from the grandparents. The beds were reasonably comfortable but the donnas were thin and did not keep us warm on 3 cold nights. The extra thin blankets didn't help. There was heating on the top level but none on the ground floor so the family below froze. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the coffee maker. The gas stove had one burner that didn't work and another that was faulty. Given how much we paid per night, skimping on bedding was not appreciated. Overall it was a good property that would have been great if these issues were addressed.
