Very friendly owner
Nice apartment
Close to the beach, restaurants and Supermarket
The apartment ist just close to the railways and you can hear and feel every train.

We stayed for 6 nights as a base for explore the coast. The flat was perfect for the two adults and two small children, safe and we didn't really need to worry about breakages. We contacted our host with the arrival time, and she met us outside and showed us inside and how everything works. Lavagna is less touristy, and a great place to locate yourself if would like to experience the 'real' Liguria. We were really happy with our stay!
We did miss having wifi in the flat.

Wonderful central location,
Very tastefully decorated, great access to the town and very importantly your own private parking
If you speak Italian no problem but the TV has only Italian channel's and unfortunately no WiFi to connect a Firestick etc.
