We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The home is very comfortable and clean with a nice private backyard. It’s in a great location for activities and food and made the perfect home base for our trip. Definitely recommend!

close to airport but planes not a bother nice host and clean comfy house everyone liked it

This was a very clean and inviting home. The beds were very comfortable, the decorations were very nice. It was hot when we went, so it was nice to have temperature controls in each bedroom and living room. The backyard was beautiful. Richard was very easy to get a hold of and very easy to work with. The home was close to fast food, Trader Joe's, CVS, etc. Easy access to the highway. There were only two relatively small downsides. 1) The proximity to the airport. Although it was very convenient, there were many times we did hear the airplanes, however the airplane sounds weren't too bad overall, especially given it was fleet week and the sounds were actually very bearable. 2) the spiders and spider webs kept me from wanting to hang out in the backyard. But I'm sure not everyone would mind that. Overall it was a wonderful stay. I would stay here again.

Awesome property, centrally located in Burien, minutes to SeaTac, downtown and beyond, and mostly without using the main freeways. With a decently stocked kitchen, we made a Thanksgiving meal for 5 and probably didn't need to bring much (if any) of the supplies, other than food - plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, ... More than adequately provided. Super comfortable memory foam beds, plenty of pillows and linens, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry. This was a perfect location for a quiet and low-key family holiday stay. I can't wait to book another stay the next time family comes to visit.

We had a nice stay. The home is centrally located near the airport, freeways, restaurants & stores. Everything in the home worked as it should. There was misc. toiletries, kitchen condiments and cleaning supplies. It was clean with a well maintained yard. We would stay again.

I have been using VRBO for our vacation rentals for years and this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend. Also, the location was great for us with just a short drive to the Sea-Tac Airport. The owner was very responsive and great to work with.

House was lovely, clean and very well stocked - the back yard/deck was quite relaxing and the house in general was beautiful. Would recommend to stay again!

Nice property. Good Location

Charming, well decorated and appointed house. Three separate bedrooms, nicely equipped kitchen and large laundry. Close to Sea Tac, South Side Mall; 10-15 minutes to Renton and 30 minutes to center of Seattle. Neither bathroom is insuite and second one is a trip through the kitchen and laundry room. The backyard is great with nice deck off of the kitchen. Just a three day stay for a family graduation but this would work well for longer stays also. Thank you for sharing your pleasant home.
