The apartment looks new comes with roofed parking near to the entrance. It was spacious with dining area and large sofa for family viewing of TV. The balcony is small nice for two person chatting but the outside view only housing area. Kitchen wares and plates/cups were provided. Filtered water, microwave & refrigerator were provided. There were 2 toilet with hot shower. Most interesting, at the GF there is a children pool that comes with mini water park. The building management is very strict on swimming attire and presence of parents to ensure children safety. There is also swimming pool & gym for adults. There are nearby AEON, fastfood, mosque, convenient store, Petronas station. For Foodpanda & Grab food, need to properly type/ mark the location with block number, the auto location may not match the actual apartment location.

It is a comfortable and clean place. Like the view the whole vibe of this homestay. The water pressure is good enough. Host use latest code door lock, it is very convenient for us. No need to worry about the key just look for the code in our phone .
If there have WiFi should be perfect for me. The place is a bit far from town but I am okay with it because need a quiet place for our trip.

The water from shower has come out since we enter the house. But we not informed the owner.. We tought she already know it.. Maybe its broken from previous customer or the caretaker its self. The owner said we must take responsibility and must pay for it and had treatened us and want to make a police report. We also will take same action. Its not fair us because we din't do that. . As a malay person. we can't do bad thing coz Allah will give back a bad thing to us.. I definitely wont do that. . And one more thing. I must pay extra payment coz she said that i bring extra people.. Per head rm 50.. And i stay for 2 night.. Can u imaging my kids are 10, 11,13,14. Staying at other hotel with no extra charges. Even thought they is a new condo but very less person stay there. Can describe as poor condo.
