This is the third year we have stayed at Shorewood. Did not like the fact we had to stop by rental office to pick up parking passes and swim bands. They have always been in our room before. The email I received said we could call, email or come by office to get code. That apparently didn’t matter because no parking pass or swim bands. The unit itself had been updated, but not enough for what they charged per week. I was expecting a lot more. All the bathrooms were nicely updated. The mattresses needed to be replaced. The refrigerator seal did not close properly. Had to give it an extra shove to get it to completely close. Dryer needed to be replaced. It took towels almost 3 hours to dry. Ridiculous! Speaking of towels, only 1 washcloth per person? So we had to wash frequently and then took forever to dry. Light over stove did not work. So many little things that needed attention. Could have been really nice with a little attention. The unit was not as clean as I would have expected. Dust bunnies in closets and various other places. Needs a deep cleaning. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I also appreciate being honest and letting others know what to expect.

We have been coming to Hilton Head island for over 25 years now and are never disappointed ! This visit is no different ! This condo has been updated and was comfortable and inviting . It had everything we needed with beautiful views, lots of room to spread ourselves out , a well supplied kitchen and comfortable beds . Seashore Vacations “ are always accommodating and responsive and make sure our needs are met . We will be back in the fall for another week in this very condo !

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The corner location is a plus, amazing view of both the pool and the ocean. Very spacious and beautiful new remodel bathrooms. To have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are wonderful. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza which has nice shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

We have stayed at Shorewood for 20 years. First time staying in 201. Location is great. The only complaint is the twin mattresses. They are terrible and need to be replaced. They are okay for small children but not for teenager or adults. I will continue to stay at Shorewood but I will not rent 201 again if the twin beds/mattresses are not replaced.

The condo was spacious and up to date with beautiful new bathrooms and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Overall we were happy with the condo but it did need some TLC. It needed a deep clean, floors and area rugs were dirty. It would have helped if there was a broom or vacuum available as well. The staff were amazing with any issues or concerns we had, answered/fixed immediately.

Girl’s Retreat
We really enjoyed our stay at Shorewood, Unit 201. The unit was clean and very spacious with all the amenities you could want in a beachfront property. And the VIEW! We spent so much time in the morning enjoying coffee, conversation and the sights and sounds of the ocean. ❤️ The bed in the back master could certainly use an upgrade but overall, completely functional. Thank you for the visit!

Great location and spectacular views! Nice living space and furnishings. Kitchen was well furnished. Unit partially renovated (bathrooms 2 & 3 could use a little TLC) and twin bedroom was a little tight for two adult men but overall the unit met all our needs. As always Seashore Vacations provided excellent service!

Place was amazing and clean and is in a very convenient location
The process of renting and staying was flawless. Super smooth transactions, communication was clear and information and proper passes and codes were given without incident. This place was spacious with amazing views. We were able to watch dolphins and other wildlife from the balcony. It was very comfortable, inviting and very convenient to the shops and food. Definitely want to go back.

Great condo for a recent girl's weekend. The location was perfect and the condo was well stocked with all items we needed. Beach and pool both steps away.

Great Place, not great beds
Place is fantastic. Good furniture, TV, kitchen appliances, etc. The corner view with two sets of windows is great. Only complaint is the beds, soft and old, with sheets that felt like thin sandpaper. Overall, great place, however.

We have stayed at the Shorewood property for over 12 years at various condos. We like this unit the best bc of the location to pool and ocean... normally. We usually go in June. July was overcrowded. Great location. Very Clean. Multiple families were staying in the units both above and below our unit were very noisy- sometimes until 1 AM.
The pool was packed and people decided to play loud music during the day there which made it feel much less family friendly than usual and more spring break.
Our check in was much slower than in past years as well. The property was cleaned and ready at 1 PM yet we were not given the code until almost 5 PM - the rental office said they were short staffed for inspecting the property and this caused the delay. We really like Shorewood, but we will not go back here in July. again.

Nice property, great location, will stay again!
This property is in a great location. It is easy to access, beautiful views of the ocean and pool, and a quick boardwalk to the beach.
We enjoyed it very much, found the kitchen to be very nice as well as the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It ensured everyone had enough space together as well as on their own. I will book this condo again soon. It met and exceeded our expectations.
