zeep badkamer was leeg, het stinkt in de gang en het is erg benauwd in de kamer

The location was very central and the room was clean.
The window could not be opened. I paid 230 Euros for one night (including my two dogs) and breakfast was not included. I think that this is grossly overpriced. Also: I looked for a hotel with private parking and then I was informed that there is no private parking and I had to leave my car elsewhere, paying 70 Euros a night. I don't know if Booking messed this up or the hotel: But for 230 Euros I think one can accept some perks.

Prima locatie in het centrum van Utrecht. Centraal station 10 minuten lopen, dichtbij de restaurants en café's.

Good location and that’s about it.
Bad combination of unfriendly staff, claustrophobic room where you cannot open the window, but still VERY noisy street just outside. Air condition not working, bad air circulation.

Lovely spacious room in a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The reception and staff always courteous and very helpful.
Our first allocated room had a few issues, air-con broken, TV not working and cigarette ends just beneath the window outside, although we were given another room very quickly by the reception staff.

Decently sized room and great location right in the center of Utrecht. Surrounded by many restaurants and close to many tourist attractions downtown, as well as the station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some markets are held at the square around the nearby church making for a nice way to start the day. Self-service food and drinks area next to the reception is also very convenient.
Can get noisy at night due to next door bars open until 1AM. The hotel does provide earplugs, however.

Its location. Everything g that we needed was provided - tea/coffee-making facilities, shampoo and conditioner, as well as hand/body lotion. The room was spacious.
We were lucky enough to get a parking spot, but this was not included in the cost of the room. The parking is off-site, but not far away.
There are no breakfast facilities but, again, there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

The hotel is in a good location
Extremely noisy and not particularly relaxing due to noise from neighbouring bars as well as the hotel itself. The bathroom fan in my room was on permanently even with the light off so there was a constant loud whirring. Any movement from guests upstairs could be felt in the room down below with the walls partly shaking. The hotel advertises food/room service but this isn’t available.

not so nice, needs to wait for check in, but is fine, lady in the front desk just left me and till another staff told me check in was ready, and room is still not clean.
not clean room, toilet paper was wet, bed has still other clients hair, no room facilities, no slippers, and heating was slow warm.

The beds are very comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is nice and cozy, and the hotel itself is in a perfect location in the city center.

Location, nice decent-sized room on highest floor. But why. O why, paint the beams white? Quiet inside, but heavy bus traffic in the street below. It didn't bother me.
Only three power sockets in the room. One didn't work at all, one was connected to a radiator and couldn't be used for a lamp. The third was practically inaccessible under a bedside table. Still an old internet socket in the wall! Needs to be replaced by USB. Wifi signal very weak and constantly dropped. Bathroom hardly big enough to swing a small cat.

Location is perfect. Just in the center of the city. The receptionists were very nice with my late check-in
There was a new year Eve party just downstairs. Imposible to sleep until 3am. Maybe would be better to give higher rooms to the guests. Other than that all good.
