Location was great
Cold food, poor entertainment and noting happening at the pool. No music or games. Rooms are tired.lifts are slow and not always working.

The location
Food poisoning on the second day eating at the all inclusive restaurant.
Construction for hours in the next room and we were not warned about it.
Our room was 2 hours late. But did not allow a late check out.
The resort looked too small for the number of people there. It was a struggle to find a place to sit by the pool. Also not enough umbrellas. We had to sit in direct sunlight.
The resort told me everything was inclusive on the Booking.com chat but that was not the case.
House keeping constantly came into our room. In the space of an hour, 4 people just opened the door and walked in. This was at 9am and way too early for people who are on vacation.
Furniture was clearly old and badly maintained bathrooms.

the way it was run was horrendous. the reception staff were extremely rude and unsympathetic. they messed up our rooms, i got charged £170 more than I should of. they tried to say it was my banks exchange rate even tho I hadn’t even paid yet. turned out it was their banks exchange rate. I understand exchange rates can be up or down but never £170 difference. clearly robbing people. my shower was flooding and it took me 3 attempts of complaining for something to be done about it. the food was terrible aswell. certainly not 4 star as they claim.

Huge selection for breakfast with many freshly prepared local and international food
Spacious room with large bedroom
Friendly and helpful staff - Our original room was a bit loud and I had to work from the hotel, so we wanted to change the room for a more quiet one. The staff was very helpful to manage the room change.

Hotel Best Tenerife really the best!Located in centre of Playa de las americas!Everywhere beaches 5 min walking.Shopping,bar street.Room everyday cleaning.We had with a nice view to the pool.Personal is perfect:polite,friendly,made everything that we feel comfortable!Special thanks to the guys from reception.Really good service,attitude.Good food.
I recommend this hotel and will come back again!

Great breakfast - we enjoyed the food so much we kept going back for lunches and dinners; the staff was kind and ready to help; the location is good - close to the ocean and a lot of shops and restaurants;
They charged us for parking (10 euro per night) - this was unexpected because we thought guests could use it for free; we were not very happy with the cleanliness of the room - we had dirty sheets and stains around the bed and the bathroom; there was no toilet brush in the bathroom;

all in all just a decent hotel. we all enjoyed out stay and would recommend to people who want to chill in the day but go out in the evening.

Completely accessible for mobility problems for hotel & location.
Exceptionally clean rooms.
Amazing staff who would do everything to make stay comfortable.
The pool is really limited. It needs to be deeper with a separate are for adults that want to escape the kids.

loved the beds and pillows were so comfy ! staff friendly and always willing to help when needed . only Downside was the getting up early for the sunbeds if you was up at 7am youd havwe no chance at getting a sun lounger .

Location was excellent central location 2 mins walk to shopping centre 5 mins walk to beach it was perfect breakfast wasn’t the best but the dinner was great staff are so friendly

poor quality of food and drinks at the pool. we have stayed at the hotel for 7 days and paid all inclusive however the food was not that good and repetitive. The money we had for enjoyment was spent on food. We did speak to the manager about that and he offered two dinners at the restaurant a la carte where food was lovely and I don't understand why food in the dining room is different and so poor for the money you pay. Drinks are included in all inclusive but only local drinks You have to pay for branded alcohol. also activities every day are the same and in the evening not enough tables for everyone to seat and enjoy.

Clean, good selection at breakfast, close to restaurants & bars, short taxi ride away from main strip, plenty of space around pool
we had several rooms in our group and we were dotted all over the hotel - would of been nice to all be close together. Wi-Fi wasn’t great in some rooms.
