Comfortable bedrooms, good service
The setup of the apartment was not as advertised or could be reasonably expected. Only 1 bedroom was ensuite instead of both, not as advertised. The only access to the kitchen area from the ensuite bedroom was through the lounge, which was being used as a bedroom, meaning the access had to be via the general corridor, and the need for an extra key to get into the (now separate) apartment

The location of the property is excellent, nearby shopping malls and not far from city center and Kaprun.
The Wi-Fi is very bad at our room and there is no clothes washing machine facilities.

Host (Manuela) is very nice and helping to guide on all information/directions/tips.
Location is fantastic ( McDonald and other eateries around, Supermarkets nearby, areitExpress CableCar station is nearby, Zell Am See lake is about 2KM)
The apartment is family oriented with a small kitchen, good size rooms, playground for kids, table tennis and an indoor swimming pool. Everything is well maintained.
On top, view of the mountains is always pleasing to watch from the room.
In short, I would love to stay at same place next time...

Nice poolinside, outside chess and table tenis. Supermarkets are close and for those who like it also McDonalds accross the street. Nice view.
It is close to the main street, which makes little bit noisy if the windows are opened during the night/morning. The kitchen is very small but it can serve.

Great location: just 20 mins by car to Kaprun, walking distance the lake. Lot of shops in the area (incl. bike rental). Clean and spacy rooms with small kitchen and everything you need. Pool and sauna in the building!
