Amazing view over the North pier and beach... for £39 a night....amazing value.
The hotel is being refurbished, so the room was like new.
Bed is comfy and room spacious.
Car Park price is high (so I parked for free on the road adjacient)

The property allowed for four to sleep which was pleasing as a family of four, reception staff at check in were efficient and customer service at check in was exceptional.
The room had been newly painted and smell was over powering.
We asked if we could have the bins changed and was told no. So had to have a room of four’s rubbish for 2 nights.
Not enough towels for guests In the room. Asked for new ones didn’t arrive for the second night. Or dirty ones removed.
On points 2/3 I appreciate like many hotels no house keeping if staying more that 1 night but asking for rubbish to be removed and clean towels is not over and above or anything exceptional in this instance.
Then finally, there was a lot of noise, children running down corridors endless hours into the night. Appreciate many are here to have fun however some consideration to other guests where minimal.

It has many facilities inside
The room was cold we asked for heating someone promised to come with a heater they never did the bed made a lot of squeaky noise just by sitting on it and turning at the restaurant we ordered food for 2 one plate came quickly the other one came after about 45minutes of waiting

Really clean with friendly staff. Great car park and free electric charging for cars. A few minutes from tram stop. Would definitely return.

The fresh air when I walked outside
Where do I start, the bed was so loud when moving it woke me up, when the hotel are catering for big parties they do not offer restaurants facilities to other guests or inform them that the restaurant is closed. Suggest you book the Best Western Hotel down the road to stay (albeit we did not book a stay) however, we had excellent service relating to our evening meal as the Grand could not provide. As for the heating (yes it was cold outside) was told that it was on timed only for it not to come on at all. In a nutshell DON'T DO IT.

The staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the expectations of its customers. I just seem to wonder why most seem to not have that smile on their faces. Though they provide a wonderful meal everyday, with a warm ambiance of the dining area and assisting every customer in their every need, I believe a smile could make a big difference. I am looking forward to staying in your hotel again and by then I hope to see all your lovely smiles. Thank you so much.

Food was ok
the staff were very helpful
the room wasn't up to our expectations, there was large pieces of glass in the bathroom and the carpet hadn't been cleaned I think the cleaners need to do a better job. the sink plug didn't work so we weren't able to clean our babys bottles in there.

Location was good, room was accessible as I requested. My wife is a wheelchair user, so it was good for us, lifts are also good for access.
Car park was a bit pricey. 14 pounds for 2 nights.

The hotel in general from the outside looked good parking was easy and easy to find, reception was a little vague handed two key cards entered car reg and was pointed towards the lifts
We were placed on the 4th floor and although we booked a double room we were put in a 6 bed family room that smelt damp and fusty, walking to and from the room was not pleasant as there was a strong smell of weed (marawana) along the main corridor from around 1 am to 4 am there was guests drunk shouting and balling up and down the corridor the rooms were nothing like the pictures shown badly painted wall paper hanging off / ripped all in all not somewhere I will be booking again also there should be some where on the Web page telling people there is an added charge of £12.00 per day for car parking.

very reasonable priced £19.50 per night per person room only £156 for 4 nights for a couple up grated to a king size bed walk in shower all free of charge staff very friendly nothing to much bother we stay all the time here when in Blackpool I recommend it all the time to friends

I left coz off the people in the hotel stunk off weed so loud it’s a refuge for younger people just arguing and dead loud so I left and then they have message me to say they have barred me lol

We were fortunate enough to get a sea view for no extra cost. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and comfy. The hotel is quite large but very well kept with nice staff and many factualities to take your pick. Also free parking if you park on the side of the road with no double yellow lines
There was a loud couple across the hall and as the walls aren’t very soundproof we could often hear them. However the hotel management politely knocked on for them and solved the issue.

i liked the reception area and the location.
the carpet in our room was quite dirty looking , the room was clean but the carpet let it down.

The room itself was fine
Worst nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Very noisy, people will wake you up allllll through the night. Woke my little boy up too. They have security staff walking through the hotel at night. Doors banging, people shouting. God it was awful.

Customer Service wasn't good either, nothing to say but 'sorry about that'
Trust me, pay a little more for somewhere else!! Especially with children.
