Location is exceptional.

Breakfast was average

I chose this hotel because it was directly across from a park where I could walk my dog and it was also near a tour bus stop. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great.

I had highs and lows with the staff. Most were very welcoming and accommodating while a few were very brusque. Usually when I travel with my pet, which is all the time, the staff have a bed with bowls and a treat for him, but that didn't happen this time. I was actually concerned that they forgot I had my dog with me. The location was further from the center than I anticipated but I still managed to get around.

Maybe more vegan options at the breakfast would be better

Clean rooms, people at the breakfast and the entrance very polite, also cleaning personnel very kind. Enough beverages at the room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast.

Hairdryer in the room is not functioning properly,needs to be changed.

We had a gorgeous, comfortable room (nice blend of modern with traditional touches) that had all of the amenities one would expect from a five star hotel. It was bright, quiet and exactly we were looking for at the end of our holiday.

The location was nice

The hotel looks so old and needs renovations and there is no pool in the property. Charging too much per night! My room view was terrible.

The room was very comfortable, clean and good size. Had everything we needed in the bathroom and good shower. The desk was very useful as had to work on laptop. Helpful staff and valet parking.

The breakfast was a little disappointing as some items such as the eggs were not hot. On the third morning I ordered the eggs Benedict but that was served warm not hot and also the tea was not hot. However the service was good. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill so walking was a little difficult but we used Uber to return.

Unfortunately grage was not available. Check in took a lot of time, much more then normally. the clerk , who did this informed they have reservation only for one room. Fortunately, after 15 minutes they have found reservation was done for 2 rooms.

Garage was not available for the car. They didn't inform its suitable till 1.7m. Very poor breakfast, stuff was cleaning plates infront of people eating. Extremely poor coffe. Very bad organized check-in and check out.
