The location and staff were quite nice. It was clean.
It was probably one of the poorest breakfast I've seen in a hotel. The neighbours from the next door could easily access our room or window, there was no separator which was really weird. We asked for two separate beds 1 month beforehand but our wish wasn’t met.

Great apartment, 15 min walk from metro, free water and coffee in the lobby, clean, kitchen was well equipped, close to the city center, nice and safe neighborhood. Overall great experience
Staff was slow and unresponsive sometimes, didn't deal with the issue I had

The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. The amenities are good, and the neighborhood is just perfect: a small supermarket, bus stop and train station in walking distance. Paris is less than 30 minutes away, and so is the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
Bonus points: safe parking space for a reasonable price.

Great location, close to the metro. supermarket close by and plenty of eateries.
Great accommodation, to sleep in, we just needed a base, as we’re out sightseeing and visiting friends.
could have done with a few more pillows, but we didn’t ask, and I’m sure if we had, we would have been given them.

The room was neat and clean and beautiful. Bathroom is big enough and had a hair dryer also.
The bus stop is near compared to the metro station from the location.
The room had a closet also to keep the clothes. There is a balcony also in the room.
The room had a mini fridge, microwave, hotplate and all the necessary kitchen items including plate, spoon and fork etc.
In the night also we did not face any issue to reach to this location by public transport.
The front desk staff for who was there for first 2 days did not pay attention to a minor issue raised. The other staff was very good.

Decent hotel for short stay. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony with views of the Eifel Tower.
Staff at reception were not helpful. Declined to keep our luggage for just a few hours.

The room was ok to stay for a few fays.
The staff has no understanding of customer satisfaction. Check out time is 11 am. They keep calling you twice or three times as of 10.45 am to leave the room.
I can understand the hotel is fully booked and it has to be cleaned, but calling you a few times before check out time is unacceptable.

Towels and toilet paper were not replaced during our 6 day stay. Perhaps we needed to ask for this, not clear then.

This was the perfect little apartment for us to stay in! Really clean, had everything we needed, close to the Carrefour, bakery and public transport.

It is on a quiet area but if you want to go to metro you need more than 10’!
Also to arrive to city center always you need to change a metro line!

We asked for a baby cot and what we received was only the bed without mattress and bed linen because as they say said they don’t provide!

the property was really good but we had to check out early because of the hot weather some days during our stay , we weren’t going to leave if the weather was good these days.

cheap, calm, the staff was nice
Rooms were cleaned only once a week, which is not enough! Beds smelled like smoke.
The place is outside of the city (45 min with public transportation). Buses didn't run on time, so we needed to walk 15 minutes to get to the closest metro station.

We liked the cleanliness, the terrace and the coffee machine, also the room was nice. We also liked the guy on the reception, he was very friendly and helpfull.
We have informed the hotel that one person is in the wheelchair. When we came after midnight elevator was out of order but nobody informed us about that or change our room to the lower floor. Next morning it was the same situation, elevator was repaired not before noon and we had to leave earlier. Also, unlike her male colleague the girl at the front desk was rude throuhout our stay and in the end she even tried to charge us for a breakfast we didn’t consume.

Breakfast was good but maybe $11/- was a little bit expensive for what was provided.
The Elevators were not working for 3 days & it was quite hard to take heavy luggage up a flight of steep stairs.

Very nice and quiet nabourhood. No noice from the street. Very friendly and English speaking staff. Free coffee all day! Metro station 10 min. walk away.
Parking garage conveniently located in the basement - but it was only 1.90 meter high, so our van didn't fit. However the staff helped us finding a public parking garage 200 meter down the road:-)

Located in a quiet place, with basic food shops close by. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly. Practical car parking in the basement.
The kitchen is very cheaply furnished. There is not even a cutlery drawer. In our apartment, the kitchenette was in the room and the fridge was growling during the whole night.
