Very comfortable. Lovely quiet location. Great comfy beds and plenty of hot water. The owner is very very nice and helpful. We had a lovely relaxing time and would recommend. Just a shame about the damp and the mosquitos

Very damp, so much moisture and damp walls in bedroom with mold which we had to clean off. House full of mosquitos when we arrived and my kids got bitten all over which was not ideal. My poor daughter ended up with 30 bites all over her and it could of been avoided if checked before we arrived. The heating is old and bit dangerous. Nothing to heat the living room so was a bit cold.

problems with the wifi connection

Property is in a good location close to shops, bars and restaurants. The shower is very good and the bed in the main room is very comfortable with good quality bedding. The owner responded to some of the problems we encountered during our stay but not all of them.

We arrived on a very cold and overcast January day. When we got into the property, we found the windows were open and it was bitterly cold. On our first morning we were surprised to find that the property didn't have a toaster or a coffee machine, although there was a small stove top espresso coffee pot that was impractical for a house accommodating 5 people (even for the two of us). There was no ironing facilities although the owner provided one after a few days once we had requested it at which point he also offered us a gas heater as it was still very cold in the house. When using the oven and/or hob, the electrics cut out three times in total out of two uses. The hob is antiquated and takes forever to come to heat. The internet strength is very poor indeed. The lights in the bedroom had a mind of their own and only worked intermittently and, on one occasion, came on unexpectedly in the middle of the night. No wine glasses in the house. We went and bought wine glasses and a cafetière which we kindly left behind for other users.
