Room was spacious.

Facilities were a bit outdated/worn out. Was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. Dishwasher was broken.

We stayed in room H260, which needs immediate uplifting Doors of both wardrobes were stuck and not closing. Housekeeping staff did not show professionalism, Liquid soap bottles were not filled even after repeated requests at reception. At night no staff is available even on the displayed telephone numbers.

Staff on reception badly educated and rude was told on arrival for my cheap 60 euro room 350 euros deposit has to be left from your card and it takes up too one week for it to be returned.

Reception was clean & the team were friendly

The sofa was stained, the curtain hanging off the rail, there was nowhere to hang my clothes in the bedroom (only in the kitchen area, sharing a space with the bin), there was no safe to put valuables, the paintwork in the room was very, very chipped, I had to stand on tiptoes to use the mirror in the bathroom, there was no light on the balcony Additionally there was often no light in the car park so it didn't feel safe.

Location is good, as it is very close to more than one bus stops from where you can reach the city. Staff has pleasant attitude.

Wifi needs lot of improvement. whatsapp does not work properly. Which is the main source of communication around the world. Voice or video calls do not connect.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good

No welcome pack provided, as indicated when booking. The surfaces in the room were sticky and appeared unclean. The soap dispenser in bathroom sink was empty when we arrived. The pool area is decking, i got a splinter in my foot.

Not sold as seen. Dirty, expensive, tired and no working air conditioning. Nothing looks like the photos. Very unhappy. We had to move after refusing to stay the night. Still waiting for a refund and damage deposit back 4 days later. €286 for the room plus €150 deposit is criminal for what amounts to a squalid apartment in an undesirable neighbourhood. RIP OFF.

Located on an estate, the rooms are tired with decor 10 years old; stained floors, scratched and peeling paintwork on walls and doors, cobwebs in light fittings, sticky tape on doors and most importantly no working air conditioning. Offered alternatives with no working door locks or air con. Disgusted at lack of response to our complaint. Had to move my wife and 2 year old infant at 9.30pm after a long drive due to lack of functionality and cleanliness. Never experienced anything this bad for this much money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Our worst stay in France after 10 days of road trip. The room was disgusting. Floors and kitchenette were dirty. The worst was the bathroom with dirt, stains, a clogged sink, low water and dirty imprints on the ceilings. Everything was dirty. The pull out couch was peeling and was dusty. Pillows were questionable. The main bedroom was so small that they attached two twin beds together causing the door not to close. The water boiler was in the closet thus making sound all the time. Tv did not have connection and Wi-Fi was low.

Very good place, quiet with comfortable rooms. Very good location to go to French Riviera.

Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. Vey convenient for Carrefour. Very quiet.

Wifi not that good

Place is easy to find, in a quite commercial area (not the city center). Always someone available et the reception to help. Clean and sufficiently spacious rooms.

Complicated place to park when your car is higher than 1.90m.

Secure parking at reasonable cost

Close to bus stops, quiet from road noise, nice pool area. Staff were very helpful.
