Lovely location close to public transport, super friendly staff, very clean
No cooking or food storage facilities- would have been great to have maybe a small fridge or kettle in the room

The room was spacious and very clean, the towels nice and fluffy, staff was pleasant. The hotel is quite far out from Berlin city centre but there's a tram stop literally in front of the hotel and a metro stop 15 mins walk which is not too bad. Haven't had breakfast so can't comment on that, but had coffee from the hotel restaurant and that was nice. Our stay would have been perfect if it wasn't for the noise issue which I've explained below.
We asked for a quiet room and got charged more for a room with a garden view. Unfortunately the room we received did not have a garden view and wasn't quiet in the least. The room in fact was next to the hallway door which gets slammed every morning from 7-11AM and until 1AM at night with people coming back from nights out making it impossible to get any rest whatsoever. It was a real shame because otherwise the hotel had great potential.

The room was confortable. The breakfast was amazing. The personal at the counter was very kind.
Shower is a bit tiny. The only food available is breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Cozy and clean room and also a nice breakfast buffet. Their scrambled eggs and bircher musli is a must ;). Also, even though the hotel is a bit "off" from the center of the city you can easily take the tram to get there. If you want to fill up with snacks or buy something else you have a Lidl within a 10 min walk.

Very clean facilities and very nice staff. The room was very clean and bigger than I expected for a single room. The bed was really comfortable and the atmosphere is very quiet, so is very easy to get rest even in daylight hours.

Nice hotel near Tram station and commutable distance to Centre.
Hotel was lacking basic appliances such as kettle and you have to pay for water.

reachability by transport was good
the room was smoky, although was mentioned as non smoking room.
Location is just direct to the busy road, where intense car traffic plus trams are running.
Too much noise due to this, especially during summer period when you have to open the windows and not able to sleep already from the 5 o'clock in the morning
