El trato personal muy bueno. Ubicación cerca estación tren, de transporte público y del bus al aeropuerto. Caminando a pocos minutos del centro. Habitación con camas cómodas, muy bien climatizada, baño perfecto (ducha con buena presión, agua caliente al instante, todos los extras necesarios) lo que hacía de ella un lugar donde querías llegar para descansar y reponerte de la intensidad de lugares visitados que ofrece la ciudad de Turín. Es un hotel totalmente recomendable, nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable.

Por si sirve de ayuda comento esto. En el baño te indicaban, como en todos los hoteles, que si no necesitas que cambien las toallas, simplemente las dejes colgadas y las que están para lavar las dejes en el suelo. Al salir a la calle primer día lo advertí en recepción, llamaron al servicio limpieza y así fue, pero al día siguiente no consideré necesario recalcarlo en recepción, simplemente dejé en el suelo una toalla, el resto estaban colgadas (éramos 3 personas), pues las cambiaron todas y eso que dejé el cartel de sus instrucciones en un lugar visible para que procedieran con sus propias instrucciones. Una lástima por el medio ambiente.

The location is so close to the train station that it is Ideal for the ease of travel. Not only that, it's central location and a short walk to most of Turin's major attractions and ideal neighborhood restaurants. 10 minutes to the Po River and the park which is lovely. Same for the museums In all one could not hope for a better destination.

The room was clean, and the bathroom spotless. The location is great - next to the Porta Nuova train station, and bus stop to/from airport. Breakfast - lots of options to suit all tastes

There was advanced notice of building works - but it was taking place between 10-5 when most people would be out - so not a big issue.

While searching for a hotel in Torino, we filtered hotels with parking, but there is not really one in this hotel. We parked in the street and all went well, but this is not a service included.

Location was great--just a few blocks from the subway. Located on an adorable little street.

Parking was a challenge; off site parking garage two blocks away; wasn't aware that I could have reserved a parking spot in front of the hotel.

Great value for money, close to old town, close to the metro, on the special line to Juventus Allianz arena.

I was surprised that the reserved parking outside the hotel required to hand over car keys. I was little hesitant due to fully loaded car, but it at the worked well.

Staff were lovely from the short time speaking with them. They kindly let me leave my car for an extra few hours before i left.

Room was just OK. The bathroom grout on the tiles were black and need redoing. I don't think the hotel was full but i ended up with the end room 107 that had screens over it as they are having the outside redone so scaffolding on the whole side of where my room was. I Wasn't expecting an amazing view, but just not that. Walls are thin so i could hear people across the hallway. i was there for just one night so it was 'fine' - nothing moe or less. Think thats fair to say;.

The hotel has a car park 200 metres away... which is difficult to find in hotels of this standard in the city centre. Reception open and available 24 hours a day Simple and really functional WiFi connection

The location, despite being central, is in a conflictive area where at certain times of the day there is a certain air of insecurity. Parking is expensive and problematic for large cars. It is compulsory to leave the car keys with the car park attendant. ion, despite being very central, the hotel is in a very conflictive area.

Convenient location as the hotel is located next to Terminal 3. I landed at Terminal 2 so I had to take a complimentary airport train that took me to Terminal 3 in 15 minutes or so, including the walk from Terminal 2 to the train station.

The size of the room is very small but acceptable for 1 person for 1 night. I arrived at the hotel around 23.00 and there were no restaurants or bars open so I had to buy some snacks and drinks from the vending machine. The bathroom was not perfectly clean.

A wonderful hotel - great location - rooms well equipped and very clean. Breakfast was 7euros and one of the best we've had. Easy walk to all attractions and tram for the Basilica. Close to train station and 10 minutes by taxi to Flix Bus. Staff couldn't be more helpful - Matteo kindly reccomended restaurants and attractions. Thanks for looking after us 😊

Breakfast excellent. Situation for us is perfect as we travel on to Rome by train. This is our third time at this hotel.

Location is ideal : Within few meters from Train Station, from bus stop of the Airport transfer bus, very close to centre, shopping and restaurants. Room was a nice size double room, modern furnishing and at last a bathroom with proper lighting, hard to find in most hotel. Very clean all round and excellent buffet breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Customer service at its best!
