Location of the hotel if very close to city center. Owner was very nice with a warm welcome, explained everything. In case you come with a car possible to park on the street right in front of the hotel. Hotel has a nice area to take a rest and also a room with balcony where you can sit a relax a bit. Location of the hotel even close to city center is very calm. Coffee machine in the room.

I liked the unique look of this hotel it's nicely decorated. Late check in was okay. I stayed for 3 nights and the room was cleaned everyday. Staff is friendly and helpful. My dog was welcome here. Room had a balcony and there was also patio area I liked. Bed is good. Location in Rapallo is close to everything and was also not difficult to get to Portofino from here. Great value for money.

The interior design is a wonderful mixture of comfort and bad taste. Loved every last detail of it. There are two nice shared patios perfect for writing and reading and there’s a fridge in the room and a supermarket nearby.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and very quiet and it had everything one could need, including a coffee machine and a kettle. The staff is very nice and also helpful, especially Cristiano. The location is excellent - close enough to get anywhere in a short time. It was really pleasant to spend a few days in Rapallo and staying at Villa Luisa made it even better.

Clean and well located. Rapallo is an amazing town with easy connections to margherita, portofino, etc...even to cinque terre.

Very friendly staff, very good and quiet location and the room was very clean. A few parking spaces are available at the property.

The wi-fi signal is very weak to nonexistent in the room but it's good in the hotel lobby.

The staff were incredible so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to post my dress which I left behind back to Scotland for me. They were so lovely I would 100% stay here again

Location is very close to the centre of Rapallo. Room was clean, hotel has a rustical wibe. Owners were really friendly and willing to help.

The sorroundings could be better taken care for. Hard to get a parking space on the street, hotel has some space on the front yard, but you could get easily blocked by other guests' cars

Cozy little hotel 15 minutes by foot from train station in Rapallo. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall great value for money!

The double bed was comprised from 2 single beds next to each other. They would slightly move away from each other during the night.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and really exactly as advertised. It's an older style hotel, but it has charm and is attractive. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking, although not promised, was available in our case right by the hotel, which was great. And the location was also good, just 3 or 4 minutes from the sea, and with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

We were looking for a reasonable place to pass the night, and Villa Luisa gave us more than this. All in all a pleasant stay, and we would go back there if we were passing that way again.
