Great Central location 10mins from Ferry next9 to bus station and near train station.
Modern hotel large clean rooms. Good breakfast value and secure parking to right of train station by arrangement with hotel.
Not much access for loading or unloading.

Location was good with car parking outside the hotel
Breakfast was offered but as we had a dog travelling with us we were unable to take her into the breakfast area and did not want to leave her in the room alone, a dog friendly area would have been appreciated by us.

The receptionist first shouted for passports, then started checking us in only to go on a long telephone call, leaving us standing there.... First impressions count, and this was very poor customer experience

We received a very warm welcome, it was our 3rd visit . The location is ideal, our room was quiet, comfortable and breakfast is really good, great selection, fresh and plentiful. The bathroom towels are luxurious and instand hot water. Also we came by bicycle and they always have a secure area for us to store them. The locatiation is perfect, central, near to the Ferry , parks, right on the sea front, restaurants, shopping and culture. 5 star service all round. Thank you so much.

The location in the city is great, as everything can be easily reached by foot. The staff was nice and helpful. The room itself was okay.

Would have been nice to have parking at the hotel, but it was good that they arranged for parking nearby.

If you travel with bus or train, if you need to stay over night to catch an early flight from Santander airport, I suggest to stay at this hotel. It is just in front of the bus station but also very near to all attractions and interesting spots in the city.

It would be nice to have some more space to open the laguage, but since we stayed just for one night this was not a big deal.

Very friendly receptionists. Comfortable beds. Excellent location for getting the ferry, and for a walk by the sea. Great that the hotel is pet friendly. Room and bathroom very clean.
The hotel information was only accessible via QR code, which we didn't realise until too late. So we felt we didn't have enough infomatio about parking, meal times, checking out times, pizza delivery.

Great staff, a clean and pleasant room, excellent breakfast.
There is no on-site parking. There is an expensive car park about a minute away, subsidised a little by the hotel.

We arrived by ferry; left by train. The hotel was halfway between - ideal! Staff were always friendly and helpful and breakfast was great value.

the room was on the 4th floor but had a really obnoxious smell which even with windows open did not dissipate- it was possibly drains but on the 4th floor? - we complained and tried to move rooms to no avail. The curtains in the room were hanging off the rails and there was a camp bed in our room which was not requested. Overall very disappointed- we will not stay there again! No discount offered and not cheap.
