Great location, close to the beach, close to a lot of attractions, shops and to the bus station. The area was not crowded in December-January so it was really nice to spend NYE there.

The (included) breakfast was every day the same, continental but with few good options. A couple of fruit options, 2 ham options, 2 cheese options, some sweets and some pastry. The coffee was decent. Quite thin walls, but I think this is valid most of Spain locations.

there was free on street parking. My room was terrific and I greatly enjoyed my first stay in Alicante. The hotel was very close to the beach but also surrounded by shops, restaurants etc. I tried the pool, which was open at the end of December, but it was unheated. The bed was large and comfortable and I enjoyed the balcony, for sunlight without leaving the room

There was noise about 3 am and I'im not sure if it was from a local club or car parked nearby.

It was very clean, shower was powerful and room was spacious and bright with nice terrace and temperature control was on point.

1. I got a very cryptic message on booking to which I replied: I don’t understand and never got an answer. 2. Parking is ridiculous; you have to get out of your car and ring a bell and wait for someone to open with your car blocking either pavement or street. It’s 2022, sort it! 3. I asked for a duvet since I don’t like sleeping with a dirty picnic blanket or a thin sheet but apparently duvets are reserved for the executives, not the superior room I booked. 4. I couldn’t tell you if the man in the reception had teeth or not, it’s like he was genuinely angry I booked a room there and his face showed it. 5. Beds are some of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever tried, thank God I had two to pick from - one of them didn’t have as many springs sticking into my back. 6. Breakfast is very limited to various types of bread. One morning someone made an effort to slice fruits, not the next one. 7. For this price, I’d recommend STAYING AWAY

Nada, everything was just as perfect as we expected.

Its my third time staying at this hotel, anyone reading this - be in no doubt, that your stay will be great. Its a simplistic hotel, close to the beach, 1 minute walk, has lots of shops and restaurants at your doorstep but far enough to give you peace at night. Its a lovely quiet area to really enjoy your spanish stay. The hotel staff are always nice to me and make me want to come back time and again. If you like a true beach holiday - stay here

great location, bus stop outside hotel for a 20 minute ride into Alicante,also a tram stop 3 minutes walk away. lovely pool and a nice bar/ cafeteria. beach across the road .

rooms not soundproofed

Comfy bed, clean room. Weekends a bit noisy, due to night club (disco) next to the hotel.

Breakfast could be better. Wasnt bad at all, but selection could be bigger.

The hotel location at 200 m. from the best beach of Alicante; the room with a huge terrasse (although without refrigerator); and the breakfast was good enough. The hotel was presented in Booking as 4* but in fact it was 3* and some facilities were missing.

The reception staff need to be more flexible. On my arrival Celia asked me to wait for the preparation of "my room" more than 3 hours although other guests were accommodated immediately. After seeing more than 20 people going to their rooms I asked Celia finally to let me go in another room, because the hotel was very big and nearly empty. It seems that the cleaning of the rooms happens very late about 1 p.m. that is not very convenient for the guests.

Location is perfect, and the room size is good as well. It is clean and the bed sheets are changed every day which is good.

The breakfast was very poor only few things not much choice and there was no breakfast tea available. And also there is no tea facility in the room and that is the lowest point. And fridge is very small in the room.
