Kamer (611) was geweldig met ruim terras. Kamer verder modern/ schoon en vriendelijk personeel die je het graag naar de zin willen maken.
Dat je vooraf niet kunt reserveren voor de parkeergarage. Uiteindelijk konden we daar gewoon parkeren tegen 18 eur per dag alleen hadden we graag vooraf de zekerheid gehad.

Lovely clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. We purposly booked this hotel due to the rooftop pool. This area was lovely - only a smallish pool but very clean. Very comfortable sunloungers with plenty of umberellas. The guy on the bar was lovely. A really nice place to relax inbetween sightseeing. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice of hot and cold food and our favourite bit was the freshly squeezed orange juice each morning
We had booked a double and a twin as a family - the hotel were aware of the children. we expected for the children to be in one room and myself and my husband to have the other. However they were adamant that as the kids were both under 18 they each had to be in with a parent. We had paid for this better hotel as it was my husbands 50th so we were a little disapointed that the rules hadnt been pointed out before we arrived

A lovely fairly small hotel in a great location. The small pool on the roof was a life saver! The breakfasts were fabulous!
The aircon was centralised and the room wasn’t quite cool enough in extreme heat but they kindly provided a fan.

Came to see Rod Stewart at the bull ring. Location was good, breakfast, pool, hotel room all excellent and great value for money. Staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for you
No fault of the hotel, but there was a lot of road works around the area making parking extremely difficult. Typical Spanish doing this during peak season.

Turn up at 16:18 to get my car in there car park to be told it was full when you cannot check in before 15:00 and reception send my to a public car park 20 minutes away by foot, air-conditioning in room was not working properly, the bar was closed at 11pm and could not use room service, wi-fi was very poor, receptionist in the afternoon was not very helpful but the night receptionist was very helpful and polite

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff who allowed us to check in early and all topped off with a rooftop swimming pool / bar. Would stay here again next time we return to Murcia.

The location is very good, just a short walk over the river from the historic center. There are plenty of supermarkets and local restaurants nearby, and close to the railway station. The hotel is clean and modern, but try to get a lower floor, especially in summer as it gets quite hot on the 6th floor where we were staying. Our air con was very weak, but luckily the staff at the hotel gave us a new room. The pool area is also nice to hang out and enjoy the sunshine.
Not a huge issue as it was rectified, but the air con in our 6th floor room was very weak. Had to take 5 showers during the night to cool down as I couldn’t sleep.

The property had a welcoming and cute boutique hotel atmosphere, which was in step with the surrounding town. located on the edge of the old town in a calm area with a few cafe, shops and a nice park near by, and walking distance to the train station. rooftop pool was excellent break from the summer heat and had a small bar serving cold beers. room was clean and spacious with a large en suite.

Lady at breakfast was superb!!!!
Everyday She remembered bring more coffee to my husband, who drinks many many cups of coffee in the morning and She was always smiling.
And that guy at the pool was very friendly also.

Everything! One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in & excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a massive bed & great private terrace. The pool was a bonus & was a lovely place to chill at the end of the day.

De beds are comfy and the breakfast is great. Lots of choice and quality is good. The park next to the hotel is nice and the private parking garage is spacious and close. The staff is kind. 10 minutes walk to the citycentre.
The digital key of our room didn't work twice. We had to walk to the staff to let the key work again. Which was easy but annoying. Also the gym is very small with no heavy dumbells, so we had to look for another gym elsewhere.

The room was large, clean and well decorated. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The location was within easy reach of the town centre and although on a relatively busy road was quiet and night and well sound proofed. The breakfast was very good.
Enjoyed everything about the stay. Only downside I can think of was that there was only one lift which was a bit slow but that is clutching at straws to find a negative!

Perfect location for sightseeing and walking everywhere. The staff made sure we were comfortable and very helpful and polite. They even spoke English.
Not that we were there to watch TV, but there could have been a couple of channels in English.
