Super leuke locatie in El Born, aan een pleintje met de typische vibe , met terrasjes, soms een artisanaal marktje, ook 's avonds leuk rumoer.
Appartement op 3de verdieping keek uit op het plein met een palmboom voor het raam wat meteen een vakantie-sfeer gaf.
Bed was ok, slaapbanken waren in een kille stof en niet echt zacht.
De badkamer ziet er leuk uit maar mist praktische zaken zoals een bankje om je gerief op te plaatsen. De badkamer mag ook even vernieuwd worden (voor de prijs die je voor het appartement betaalt): silicone is niet meer proper, wat afbladderende verf of vuil op plafond.... Je ziet dat de badkamer ooit perfect was maar nu moet het dringend eens opnieuw opgefrist worden.
Je moet ook wat geluk hebben met andere gasten in het gebouw. Wij hadden 2 nachten bovenburen die rond 2 - 3 uur 's nachts thuiskwamen en dan veel lawaai maakten wat makkelijk door de muren en het plafond kwam.

The location of the apartment was truly great. It was all clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay.
Even though the stay itself was good we were asked to pay a deposit of 350 euro that would be returned after the stay. Nothing wrong with that however the deposit was never returned. It’s now been over 2 weeks since the end of the stay and I still haven’t received my money back! 350 euro is not a small sum of money to me. That is not ok!

Therefore, we confirm and repeat our respect. Thank you to all the staff in your team As for the apartment, its location is very good, close to the city center, and there are everything around it, the bus, metro, restaurants, and supermarkets. We will certainly repeat our visit, and we will certainly be your guests, thank you
The location of the hotel is very good, close to the city center, and there is everything around it, the bus, metro, restaurants, and markets, and close to most of Barcelona's beaches. Note that the hotel is located in the middle of the popular lanes, as you live in the eighteenth century. Everything old is around you, and this is what we were looking for. We will certainly be your guests, thank you

Place was better than expected. Apartment was in pretty good condition, very clean, had a kitchen if you wanted to prepare food. I checked in after hours, so I got access through port code on my email, and got the keys in some security box in the building.
The hotel returned my deposit fee in just few days after my checkout.

That they arranged an alternative place after cancelling my initial booking.
Cancellation email sent 4 hours before arriving into the country, was charged more money for alternative accommodation, smaller room, single versus multiple room without a common area.

Placed in an excellent position in the center of Barcelona, with easy access to all point of interest, with suficient space for a familly with 1 or 2 kids, clean, well equiped, and with very nice personell (many thanks again to Mauro, you were a big help for us!)
Not much to say. Maybe the fact that the sofas are not with textile surface (leather type), so not confortable for the kids to sleep. In contrast with the bed wich ivery comfortable.

Great location, room equipped in everything you may need staying for couple of days. Fully recommended for short stay
The only thing that was terrible is bed. The owner should do something with mattress'. Clean, but very uncomfortable. Time to say goodbye to them

there were a lot of noises at night in the apartment by the stairs not from outside. one night some girl yelled as she passed by the stairs at 12 am, very childish behavior.

Small bars closed to the hôtel make few noises in the evening, but it is acceptable.

The apartman located in the middle of the city. You can really reach everything easily. The kitchen is small, but has everything.
The check in was a little bit complicated, but in the end worked out well. We don't have any personal contact with them.

Location great - just in the heart of Barcelona - a lot of attractions in walking distance. Very nice area with cafes and restaurants, but can be loud for early sleepers.
We stayed with 3 persons and kitchen area is quite small. there were just enough appliances for one meal and we did not take dishwashing tables - owners could provide more than one in welcome package ;)

Our rooms were well kept and neat and tidy. Very spacious for 5 people and everything worked well as intended.
Location wise it is about 20-25 minute walk from the nightclubs on the beach and about 15 from La Rambla so it is in a good location.
