You need to improve breakfast food selections

Be honest You didn't mention in your web site that Spa and massage are in maintenance … that’s cheating . Because i booked in the hotel because of massage service … i am not happy because you cheated

We had a great room on 18th floor with a beautiful view of the city and ocean. Complete hotel together with its staff is amazing.

Not a bad thing, 10 starts for this hotel

Central location directly within Casablanca City. Ideal for business trips or to explore the city. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the hotel staff was always friendly and helpful.

There is a nice big office desk to work at but there have not been any electrical power sockets nearby this desk to plug in electronic devices. Not really a big deal, but this should be improved.

The hotels location was good

The service fell short of a 5-star experience. I arrived to have breakfast 15 mins before closing and the staff were already packing away so breakfast was limited. The room wasn't as clean as expected. I had a 30-minute power outage without AC which was frustrating, and multiple calls to reception were necessary. I switched hotels after one night due to these issues, and the reception staff didn't bother to ask about my stay or offer an apology. Furthermore, breakfast lacked cutlery, and the pool had no towels. Unsupervised kids occupied the gym due to a lack of staff, and the non-functional jacuzzi needed assistance to operate.

Everything was great.
