The staff as all ways are very cheerful and willing to help you

Sharing a help your self breakfast with 2 coach loads is not ideal, however chef/staff coped well

Staff was lovely didn't get there while one in the morning but was greeted with a warm welcome and was a nice surprise to find a large comfortable room with tea and coffee at hand would definitely book again.

Easy to find and close to the venue where I was on a two day course. I checked in really late, lady on desk was so lovely & kind and located me away from other guests as there was a wedding on and I desperately needed quiet to sleep. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Water was hot and the bath was lovely. Bed itself was comfy and clean. I slept well. Bath was deep enough for a well needed soak and shower was decent in the morning with good pressure. I didn't have breakfast. I was offered it, but didn't fancy seeing all the hung over wedding guests... So I checked out and grabbed something on the way to my course.

Loo roll was a holder on the other side of the room from the loo! Made me laugh so much so, I took a pic!! 🤣 (There is a spare roll behind you so don't panic!) ... Towels: you get two, both hand towel size!! I couldn't wash my hair as I needed these for my body. Double bed has one pillow per guest, and they are old and a bit lumpy, but I still slept ok as I was travelling solo and able to use both. Room was a little tired, just in case you're expecting fancy! But not a major problem for one night just to rest your head! I have no issue with the place, they're just observations.

I didn't really like the breakfast very much. Good choice of cereals but cooked breakfast was a bit overcooked.

Really nice place with a comfy room. Good restaurant area and service and lovely staff on reception. Town center nearby and we had a good curry too to make an overall pleasant stay! (didnt try their hotel food)

Bathroom maybe could've been a touch nicer from what i recall. Taxi was a bit expensive to the airport so if you have time I recommend SKYLINK bus as will be cheaper.

Restaurant was closed no where to get a meal.

The receptionist was outstandingly welcoming. She made us laugh and was very helpful and informative. She had a "can do" attitude and was compassionate when she realised I had walking issues . She made sure our room was as close to the reception,as she could, without being prompted to do so. The room was clean and smart and the bed was comfortable. Restaurant prices were sensible and affordable. The receptionist was a 🌟 star.

The only small issue is the number of electric sockets was too limited for us and there was not one by the bedside but reception were happy to provide an extension so the matter was easily resolved..

The location in relation to the airport was perfect for our overnight stay.

One member of staff did not listen to our requirements which caused us a slight problem. The menu was very limited with some items not available. The heating wasn't turned on in the room and it was very cold, thank godness for a spare bed with a second duvet. The room and particulary the bathroom was not very clean. I was a bit disappointed by the whole experience as it looked so much better on the website.
