rooms a bit small, sometimes noise due to other guests

Breakfast is good.
Room size is too small. There is no cabinet to keep luggage and clothes. No locker. I had to call front desk for cleaning the room and to provide complementary water. House keeping number was not received. I have given a request of wake up call but they didn't not call me.

The hotel is at a walking distance from the Shanghai exhibition chamber. The room are fine but a little bit small. There are number of restaurants and a shopping center in the area. The breakfast is Chinese style and fine but it it better to go after the rush until 8.00 am.
I took the holel membership and got free laundry service. But when I asked for laundry service the woman from lobby who did not speak english show me the laundry room with the washing machine. This is not the service I was expecting. Sometime nobosy speaks English at lobby. It would be good to have real orange juice for breakfast.
