The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good and convenient.

we were here eight years ago and the premises remained the same as in our memory: a small oasis in the bustling ubud area. the staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. two members of the group had dietary restrictions and the staff was accommodating. highly recommended for a trip in ubud.

Beautiful rooms, exceptional breakfast and an extraordinary Staff. Also the location was excellent! Everything was nearby with just a 5-10 minute walk! Definetely a place to remember!

- clean - food provided by the cafe (shout out to Chef Donnie- great human and chef).

- wifi is terrible for the most part - noisy (from the pool, as well as other businesses next door to the property) - shower pressure was non existent - most of the staff weren’t very responsive, or helpful. - ordering taxis to getting in the taxi takes an average of 15 minutes (our ~4 days of experience)

Such a beautiful space in an area of ubud with so many great restaurants around. The staff were really friendly and the room was so comfortable. Also enjoyed the massages and the pool was fun to swim in.

It would be great to have hot breakfast vegan options! It was disappointing that I could only have fruit or another option without half of the things. Would be good to have a big vegan breakfast with vegan sausages, hash browns, avocado and tofu scramble.

Staffs were really kind and helpful. We had some problems with airconditioner in the room, and each time they acted promptly and fixed it. All the staffs I encountered were friendly too. Room is very spacious and nicely decorated. Pool area and garden is charming too. Diverse breakfast option is a plus. Location was good and bad at the same time as it was on the edge of town. There are good restaurants around so we stayed nearby.

In general breakfast/food could be a bit saltier. I found them pretty blend due to lack of salt. Or simply placing some salt and pepper could help a lot. Suite room has dress room section in the bathroom, which was not very nice to store clothes as it is humid outside. Hairdryer is very minimal(400w)...just be aware of it.

I love the outdoor vibe of the place. The bathroom and shower were super cool. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Very clean - they clean twice actually! Overall super amazing

The breakfast was the thing I like the least, it was okay, but could be better. However, they offered several options for breakfast, which is great.
