Easy to find on highway. Plenty of parking. Within walking distance of North Shore Private Hospital and Royal North Shore Hospital.
Leaving the motel is a bit of an issue with the traffic lights not giving way to the traffic leaving the motel. Therefore we had to drive 4 or 5 blocks north on the highway until we could make a turn right to go back to the hospital.

We arrived late and they hadn’t answered the phone when we rang earlier in the night and then when we arrived we were lucky to find a staff member whetting home themselves to let us in. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were extremely noisy and old. Certainly not 3.5/4 star like stated

Friendly helpful staff and large well appointed room
The hotel is a little way out of Sydney but local bus services were good so no great problem.

close to city, parking onsite & surprisingly quite
our bed was uncomfortable , we stripped back the sheets & it didn’t have a mattress protector on it, we rang and asked for one & also put a quilt under the sheets to soften the mattress as it was to hard & we were getting sore backs in the morning.

comfy bed, great shower, helpful staff.
access is difficult if driving towards city, parking is well away from rooms and it was pouring rain when we arrived. a steel stairwell outside our room was noisy when being used by other people.

Dusty, Dusty, Dusty Dusty and lastly very Dusty.
The lamps wasn't working exempt one. Sink full of hairs and water won't drain so every time we had to wait the water was gone to reuse the sink. Horrible and poor breakfast, I gave one bite at the sausage and I gave up everything because was disgusting. Ask an hight chair for my son but the safety strips were dirty as brown. My worst hotel in Australia so far.

The staff was friendly
Super dirty air conditioner, which might have never been cleaned for years. Super dirty bathroom exhaust fan with visible mold on the ceiling. Gives me iches all night. Cancelled the rest of the stay after the first night. I would have given it a 0 if I could.
