The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout. The room was very comfortable and of good size. The overall ambience was great and the restaurant experience very good
The shower over the bath need a protection screen to stop the room getting very wet

Beautiful location and the decor was lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful snd accommodating. Breakfasts were delicious even the coffee was brilliant. We had dinner at both restaurants and the food was delicious. I did find it all a little pricey.
Needed comfy chairs for the patio off the garden rooms. I am a keen birder, and sat watching for them a long. Would have been nice to have a proper relax.

Very comfortable room with all facilities. Pleasant surroundings in open countryside. Good restaurant, very friendly staff.

You need a car to go anywhere, but there is a large garden area to walk in.

The whole place was lovely, the restaurant was exceptional. Great staff, location and overall value. I feel like we have found a lovely little gem!
Overhead lighting in the rooms was not ideal, no drawer handles made them very difficult to use. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, pillow could be better.

Lovely large towels - it is the small items that make the differnce.
A toaster that actually worked correctly with out having to wait ages for it to toast or haveing to go through twice!
Shower was over the bath and had a fixed head with not a lot of presure - enough but not a lot. Would have liked there to have been a flexible shower head as well.
Door to the bathroom opened the wrong way round - minor item.
Had to go out into the rain to get from the room to the hotel reception and resturant bar area.

Fabulous staff.... really comfortable bed and lovely room. Food in the restaurant was AMAZING both dinner and the breakfast!!

We stayed at Crouchers Hotel for a long weekend. Our room was stylish, clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of sockets and good quality tea and coffee provisions. The breakfasts were out of this world. Superior breakfast menu which would be hard to find in London. The dinners in the hotel were just as impressive. There is also a fantastic pasta and pizza restaurant on the hotel grounds which we also enjoyed. The grounds are pretty but will be more attractive in the spring and summer. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful
The bathroom was very clean but the grouting around the bath needs replacing

Location staff helpful and friendly nice and peaceful.
Not enough tea and coffee and no sweetners in room, only got 1 packet off biscuits for a couple, the jet bath part some jets did not work and could have done with a shower in room as well, also toilet was to close to the bath kept banging toes on corner off bath.
Could have more milk and bottled water.
