The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I went with my three young children, and the staff was very accommodating and kind. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and had a great selection from which to choose. Location was great. We walked about 8 minutes from the hotel to get to dinner.

Great place and amazing people working there! The place is cozy with a modern design. It's very clean and offers a nicely equipped fitness space and sauna. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind, making an impression that they are always ready to make an extra mile to make your stay great! + the hotel declares to have "the smallest passenger elevator in Europe" 😲

The breakfast was nice, although I only had it once because I ate with friends elsewhere on subsequent days. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for my needs. And I especially liked the view from the terrace at night. I probably spent too long up there. All in all, wonderful hotel, good people, fair prices.

The only complaint I have, and it is in no way the fault of the staff or anything else, is the lift. It is tiny. Big enough for one person and a small bag. It is touted as the smallest public elevator in Europe, and while I love the novelty, it isn't practical. While I did not use my wheelchair on this particular journey, I would have had a very difficult time if I had.
