Frühstück und Wellnessbereich super, zwei gute Restaurants fußläufig in 15 min, großes Zimmer
Teppich im Zimmer und teilweise zu wenige Parkplätze in der Nähe

Beds were too soft and not comfortable.

Very clean and staff was friendly and change of room due to allergy of birke was done arranged quickly and very friendly. Surroundings beautifull, we can only imagine how winter must look like with snow etc.
It is a large hotel which gives somewhat feeling of being massive, and lot of families There was only buffet for dinner and we decided to walk 15 minutes to a restaurant as we prefer a la carte

Great hotel for families introducing their kids to skiing. Set in Jungholz, Austria, just a 5-10min walk to the ski lifts (and 2min drive), with family rooms that included bunk beds for the kids. The hotel is old-timey but well maintained. Beautiful wood carvings, painted accents, and light fixtures. The pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and plenty of lounge chairs were a hit. The kids made new friends in the play room in the back of the restaurant, and it was great to have all day access to juice/soda/coffee/tea. Take some time to explore the hotel, along the halls of the first floor there are many completed Lego sets on display. There is also a fitness room below the play room, with a ninja rope and climbing tree. We got the half board which included dinners, and IT WAS FANTASTIC. The menu each night was clever, with traditional foods, eastern European foods, and some Asian influences. The kid menu was popular also, and nightly ice cream was a hit. It is served buffet style, which usually lowers my expectations for food, but literally every single thing was delicious and we kept going back for more. Like 5 restaurant-worthy entrees each night (2 meat, 1 fish, and 2 vegetarian options). The hotel has covered parking in a garage that is detached from the hotel, and inside the garage there were ~10 electric vehicle charging spots. Ultimately we probably paid $400/night but that included breakfast and (delicious) dinner for our family of 4 (2 young kids). People can lounge in the bar area before and after dinners, and check out games from the front desk (we brought our own). There is a cat who sits at the reception desk after 8p (her name is Meowy) and several other people had dogs (our children were excited). Everyone at the hotel was friendly and several returned yearly. This was our first visit but we are big fans.
Very small things. The lighting inside the rooms were dark, and the bathroom was small. There was only one small garbage can in the bathroom for our whole room. The blankets were also rather small. You have to request bathrobes for the pool from the front desk, and there are no kid sized robes. The halls were pretty chilly. you could hear if (kid) guests above you or outside were running down the halls . Honestly these were small things; the mattresses were very comfortable and we found the maintenance quite good and the entire hotel very charming.

Beautiful area, safe, great for outdoor family events. Hotel and facilities were nice but far too expensive.
Price.

The staff is nice. It was a convenient location for us in proximity to friends. We booked last minute and it was well priced. There is a pool but we did not have time to use it.
There weren't many choices for breakfast. The coffee was not very good. The place is a bit dated.

Location, saunas, variety of dinners, view from room 222 amazing
Considerable amount of mould in the shower.
A dead\squashed crane fly on the wall that hadn't been removed before we checked in and remained there the entire stay (I was hoping the cleaning staff would notice t eventually). Silverfish in bathroom.
The lift next to our room wasn't working the entire week.
There is no Sommercard which is typically offered by hotels in the region, making day trips much more expensive.
Not enough environmental considerations - individually packed soaps and shampoos, water saving devices not fitted everywhere, towels collected and washed daily (no sign\option to "opt out" if towels are hung up).
For 340€\night (incl. Breakfast & Dinner) the hotel was far too old and run down for my liking

Staff, environment were v good. Breakfast excellent. We had a birthday for one of the children and the staff had a cake and bucks fizz for parents. The staff amde a real effort above and beyond what was expected.

Extremely overpriced. Room like a 2-star facility but for 180Eur/night. Reception not staffed as of 20.00 on a Sat. Buffet dinner only - and only available until 21.00. No bar, no room service. Large complex that has seen better days.

Very nice and rustic hotel. The rooms are also nice, clean and big.
Several facilities included (pool, sauna), playground for the kids. The location is nice with great views. We booked last minute, when searching for a place to stay in the area and were pleased with what we found. Definitely something to return to.
Wi-fi signal is low and doesn't reach the rooms. You need to stay in the hallway.
Our room door closed a bit harder.

Spa with saunas was nice and quite empty (summer evenings)
Quality of the breakfast could be improved, e. g. the quality of the cheeses is not high

The facility includes main items that you can enjoy in the hotel, the qualify of food is very good and the price is reasonable.
The entire hotel faces to a moutain, giving beatiful view for almost every room.
The wifi connectivity is not very good. Weak signal and easy to lose connectivity. Even if connected, the speed and bandwidith are not sufficient.

Location was great for skiing. Kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub.
It was very loud as we could hear others guest’s children running up and down the hallways until very late at night. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel but some sound proofing might be in order. For the price we paid we expected a more comfortable room.

Great service from all, especially the lady in the restaurant from Slovakia who was superb!!! The rooms, the beds and mattresses, the views, the restaurant. Food was excellent.
Not enough towels. Also no towels in the swimming and spa areas. Shower gel could be better and also more portions. Sauna area only open from 3pn onwards. That's it, everything else was great!!!

We stayed 3 nights in a family apartment which was the best one in the hotel. The apartment and the view was great. The rooms were very clean. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening. My kids enjoyed a lot from swimming pool. The hotel offers free soft drinks! I would definitely recommend.
Breakfast was good but not great.

Our room was huge, very nice bathroom and the views were amazing. Spa was great and had loads of options. The swimming pool was quite big and not too cold. The breakfast seemed simple but it was all very tasty - nice coffee options and the staff was super friendly!
Some bits still need renovating but it is such a big place and you can see they have started renovating in places.
