The location, the staff, the facilities. Breakfast was excellent

Room facing the street was slightly loud despite using the shutters, but waking up to the mountain view was worth it,. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Would recommend adding a kettle in room

The staff were charming, helpful and extremely accommodating (e.g. my request for gluten-free bread, extra pillows etc). The location is perfect for accessing the slopes, shops, ski hire, bars and restaurants. The hotel was beautifully clean in all areas. Amazingly thick blackout curtains which worked a treat. Would definitely stay again.

Just the lack of consideration by other guests in the early hours on changeover day - lots of unnecessary bedroom-door slamming making sleep very difficult before a long drive home ourselves. Bedroom doors don’t even need to be closed once they have been vacated. Perhaps a message could be included in the checkout letter to be quiet and considerate of other guests when leaving early in the morning might help.

Central location in town. Rooms were comfortable enough. Staff were friendly. Beds were firm, which I like. Rooms were warm.

The hotel wont cook an egg on demand in the morning, which seems completely ridiculous. Breakfast by contrast to.hotels in Austria and Switzerland is incredibly poor. Inadequate pillows. 2 small ones provided is not enough for comfort It had the feel of.somewhere to.stay and sleep- not so much a welcoming hotel. It doesn't represent good value for money. Would I return? No

prime location along the main promenade. we also arrived very late and they checked us in with no problems.
