朝食弁当を頼んだのですが、良かったです。
部屋は綺麗で、頼んだ通り、二家族分の部屋を目の前にしてくれました。家族同士で行き来が楽に出来て良かったです。
朝食付きで頼んだのですが、子供の分が人数にカウントされず、Booking.comの方の責任と言われました。
また、朝食と弁当が７時以降との事で、決して安くはないホテルだったので、せめて6:30にしてほしかったです。
朝食の数は、申し込みの段階で最初から人数提示して欲しかったです。
入り口に紅茶類が置いてあり、素敵でしたが、
飲んで良いことを案内が無く、飲めませんでした。

オーナーと顔を合わせないままでしたが、
支払いはネットで決済したし、素泊まりなので 宿が清潔であれば、こう言う商いも 良いのでは無いかと 思った次第です。

non parlavano inglese al check in, si trova in una struttura che non è solo un hotel, chiunque può raggiungere i piani senza passare dalla reception, puzza di fumo. Evitare la colazione.

Location is very convenient, it takes around 10 mins by walk from Osaka station. Staffs are friendly.

We were a family of 4 and we only had 2 king single beds. Everything smelled of smoke.

The breakfast needs to be improved. I expect the breakfast should be provided with a buffet style, some breads, fruits and salad .
The choice for breakfast is quite limited particularly for Muslim travelers.
Location of the hotel is good.

Bed pushed against side wall so had to more to the end of the bed to get out.
Aircon too noisy.
No bottles of water provided to guests. We stayed at 4 other accomodations whilst in Japan and they all supplied water on a daily basis.

Come here for ielts, very close to the TKP building.

Decent sized room, with shelves and storage - didn't see alot of this in Japan

Family Mart downstairs was handy
Laundromat 2 minutes walk away, which was cheap and could have clothes washed and dried in an hour
Only one key card given, 2 would have been better.
The pillows were small sized, but there were 2 so could make it work

The table is huge. For my room. I dont think really need such a big table? But this isnt a bad thing. Its personal preference. Oh wall socket is abit far from the bed.

The decor and lighting was dark. The carpets were dark. I was really annoyed that breakfast wasn’t available to me!

The staff are really accomodating.
I’m asking for an extra bed but couldn’t provide because of the room size. I have to change room because I book a smoking room which really a bad idea.

Close to Osaka station
Strange hotel inside a multi purpose building. No supervision of who goes in or out. Going up to the rooms doesn’t require going through reception nor having a room key.
Breakfast has only 4 options which you need to decide on the day before.
Not very clean.
Air conditioning is central and can’t be adjusted in the room.

The quality of the room matches the price. Didn’t exceed expectations nor did it disappoint.
Room was smaller than the photographs. Found used towels / stains from prior guests.
