Piscine très petite, hyper chlorée.
Chambre spartiate, sombre, très humide. Salle de douche très sommaire. Linge de toilette fatigué.

Loved everything about this hotel, but mainly the beautiful gardens and the lily ponds. The staff were fantastic. Great help from the front desk.
Breakfast was a treat every day, eating in the open looking out across the pond listening to the birds singing.
Dinner at Ma Da Laos was amazing!

The accommodation was very quiet, no noise from the streets at all. The breakfast restaurant was beautiful - situated alongside beautiful ponds with gorgeous water lilies, orchids and more. The gardens at Maison Dalabua are beautiful, all based around ponds. Very special place,

The garden and the ponds are absolutely delightful.
The 2 restaurants are delicious.
The room was very confortable.
The bikes were very convenient to move in the historic center.

Breakfast was excellent although choice decreases a little on the weekend. Ponds with lotus flowers were magnificent worth a visit for them alone. Hotel employs 4 full time gardeners so the gardens are wonderful. Front desk staff could not be more helpful - just great. The free bikes are great and allow you to easily see the town.

This hotel was first-class with a spectacular garden. Travelling since about 50 years all over the world and a lot in Asia and the South Pacific region, I never ever stayed in a place with such a beautiful garden: Lotus ponds, orchids, tillandsia etc. etc. The hotel was well designed, very clean, the staff very friendly and well trained. It has been a great pleasure to stay there.

The best breakfast we had in Thailand! Amazing coffee, so many gourmet options, and served right at the pool with the plants/lilypads. Couldn't be better. The shower was also amazing.

What an amazing property. The property is beautiful and located a short walk from the downtown market. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. The spa was professional and the massage was the best that we had in Asia.
The staff was attentive and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to ensure all of our needs were provided for. They even procured a small cake for my daughter's birthday and sand happy birthday to her. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good and the chicken at lunch was some of the best that we have ever had. I would highly recommend this to anyone planning to travel to Luang Prabang.

Everything! The location was perfect, walking distance from popular cafes and the Mekong river. The staff was amazing. So courteous and friendly. They went out of the way to ensure we have a lovely stay.

Amazing hotel on a stunning property with beautiful lotus pond. The location was perfect just a few steps from the old town but quiet with lush green gardens. Our bungalow overlooking the UNESCO lotus pond was super comfortable and clean. The crickets were the best lullaby at night. The staff was awesome, especially Elodie helped us with all our problems and requests. It was the highest level of hospitality we ever experienced. I highly recommend this hotel and hope coming back someday.

great location (just a few minutes walk to the busy nicht market; beautiful garden with little lakes and a nice pool. My room was very nicely done - modern touch combined with traditional furnishings, very stylish.

Breakfast choices on the menu was excellent, it catered for both the asian and western tatebuds. I like that you order what you want to eat and to reduce wastage of food of having a full breakfast buffet, although having said that, there were still a small array of buffet items like sweets, cakes, pancakes and some local delicacies. The view from the breakfast area made the experience so much more memorable. The staff were polite and friendly.
The mosquitoes were vicious especially in the dining areas.... but the restaurant did offer sprays. I guess what I didn't like is, I couldn't pay for the restaurant visits through the hotel room, (we had drinks there one evening and then dinner on another)it was charged serpatately. I had to go back to the room to get my credit card.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! The property and its UNESCO classified lotus ponds are absolutely gorgeous, staff hospitality was exceptional, and the rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is walkable to main tourist areas and breakfast was excellent. There is also a pool and bikes you can use for free.

The lily ponds at the hotel and the gardens in general are absolutely beautiful. I also really liked the decorations in the corridors and in the rooms (the spindles of different coloured silk). All of the staff and managers were very friendly and exceptionally helpful, and the cocktails were delicious.
I would have liked a few more options for breakfast, such as some pastries and some cheese.

this hotel was so beautiful. nice rooms, very good food. best and helpful staff. they supported us because we had so much trouble with our flight home because of the corona virus situation. couldn‘t imagine a better hotel staff, so helpful! thank you again very much!!
