Room is good size, enough facility for long term stay
Washing machine does not work well.

The room was a good size however seems to have alot of issues with water leaks
Very Noisy early morning music 5.30am to 6.30am. Lots of Construction work.
Breakfast was very basic.
The location is a bit isolated. But easy to get around using a Grab Cab

The apartment was amazing and the pool area fantastic. I didn’t like the breakfast as there was nothing that catered to the western palette. Such good value for money and a short walk from a beautiful and deserted beach. Loads of great places to eat nearby. Try out Dirty Fingers pub for a western feel in the middle of Vietnam.
The breakfast and the staff spoke very little English.
