Friendly staff and great location.
The room smelled like mold, as it was closed by a long time. Also, although the room is very big, the bathroom is quite small and uncomfortable.
Last but not least, the breakfast was full, and the options weren’t always available. The staff was not enough and there weren’t even sits for everybody.

super clean, friendly, comfortable and lots of space.
not having dishes, difficult to get dishes and necessities. we booked this place because of the kitchen but weren’t able to cook our kids food when they didn’t want to eat out.

The only good thing is the hotel's central location.
First, there was no remote control for the AirCo and when requesting support from reception, it took a very long time to solve the issue. When the remote control arrived, I discovered the AirCo wasn't working so I had to spend the night in a very very warm bedroom because the hotel was fully booked. Plus, the bathroom looked dirty.

Breakfast was good
The ACs didn't seem to be working ok. The AC in the living room seemed to be working on fan mode only and the AC in the en-suite was dripping.

Location
I always stay at Victory Suítes when I come to JF to visit my 100 year old grandmother. The location is one block away, therefore very convenient. The hotel overall is good, however it requires a stronger management team to look into details such as: chipped cups in the breakfast glassware, one the towels in the bathroom had a hole in it, the water in the toilet tank was brownish, the coffee was not hot during breakfast. These are details that can be corrected with better supervision. I stayed at room 1803 and the room is spacious.

Bathroom and shower too small. Shower head defective and water spray horrible. Breakfast wasn’t good either.
