All staff were very kind and friendly, Bed was quite confortable and our rooms were by the lake with nice view.

Our room looked at the river and the view was very nice. You can borrow a canoe or a MTB to discover the area. Delicious food in the restaurant.

The road and the train track is very close to the place and can be noisy. The bed in the room was not comfortable (too soft) for me.

Great breakfast with good selection and high quality ingredients. Fantastic views of the lake. Hot tub /sauna room was great. We liked the children's buffet at the restaurant at dinnertime, and the wine selection is good. We asked for a picnic lunch from the restaurant one day to take for a walk, and the picnic was really good.

Quite expensive for what you get, which are small and simple rooms. There was a bit of sand in the bathroom when we checked in. Water pressure in the shower can go very low at times, even at max setting. We requested a baby cot which was ready when we checked in, but the bedsheets were simply placed on top of the mattress rather than wrapped around the mattress so we had to do that ourselves. Swimming pool was not heated warm enough. Dinner food in the restaurant was sometimes great and sometimes not so great, but one time we reserved our table and still had to wait over 20 minutes because, while we were waiting to be greeted at reception they had given our table away. It's really not nice to wait for your table with very young children! Many empty tables were available but staff were so busy it took them a long time just to set the table, and we were 2 adults, a newborn baby, and a 2 year old, but they set it for 4 adults (with all the wine glasses, knives, no baby chairs), which was unfortunately more waste of time. A bit of common sense would have made a big difference!
