It was good clean and central to all the areas of Townsville that we required. The staff were friendly the rooms were spacious, made for a relaxing weekend

The only thing was that the doona was between two sheets and a bit stained. It would be better if was in a clean donna cover that would not incur much more washing. As it was a cool weekend you were reluctant to put doona close to your face even if you wanted to that was the only thing we didn't like

location was handy to everything close by that was an interest to us. Front reception staff friendly and car parking area was underground and had no access to anyone not staying in apartment.

Room lounge had tears on seating, you could see lounge stuffing. Bedhead had tears on it. Large cracked tile in shower on base near drainage hole. Took ages for hot water from Kitchen and bathroom sink to get hot.

The sound from the next room was heard, and the fire alarm kept ringing at 3 am so the child woke up, cried, and brought the manager and took the alarm. It was so ridiculous. I talked the next day, but the conversation didn't work at all.

Apartments are spacious and have a great kitchen/utensils and great views. Location is great for families - bar/restaurants and movie theatre close by.

Aircon in the lounge room didn’t blow cold air and washing machine was broken so didn’t have access to washing facilities as advertised - a new one was put in on our last day of stay however not installed correctly so was unable to use it. Paid $70* more than original price directly with property for a third night which would have been happy with if all facilities were in order.

Overall impressive. Location short stroll to CBD; easy access to transport and not far from the strand,airport, castle hill or shopping centres, or stadium. Comfy bed. Good amenities available- perfect for a longer stay especially. Fairly quiet. Great pool and there is a small gym available for use also with BBQ area also. The staff are fantastic and went well beyond normal to help me with my aty around travel itinerary which I couldn't be more grateful for. Thank you! Would stay again

My room unfortunately had a smell which wasn't pleasant and I had to leave the fans, aircon on and balcony door open the entire time to try let some of that leave...or my nose adjusted.

Checking in and out quite easy. Bed was comfortable and kitchen and laundry facilities quite good. Apartment quite roomy. Car parking was good.... allocated spot.

We stayed 8 nights and had no change of bed linen or towels in that time. No top up on basics. Air conditioning was working but not to our expectations. Room temperature would not go below 24. Musky smell. A little bit far from supermarket or general store.

The terrible veiw , the rooms aircon made a noise throughout the night which was not peaceful , the Austar did not work aswell as some lights also not functioning, paid a deposit which was debited out of account …was told 1-5 days for return of funds and I am still waiting will not stay again
