We loved the property, with pool and its views. Having our own one bedroom was wonderful, to cook, and have some space outside to enjoy meals and lounge. Staff were wonderful, very accommodating and friendly.
The room was quite sparse. Needed a few more items of furniture to make it feel comfortable and cosy! But no complaints otherwise.

De accomodatie ligt prachtig in de Toscaanse heuvels. Vanaf het zwembad prachtig uitzicht. Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Ieder appartement heeft een eigen tuintje maar niet perse aansluitend aan de accomodatie, dat vonden wij wat onhandig.
Het zwembad zou al open zijn sinds eind maart maar was nog gesloten toen wij kwamen. Ze hadden het zeil er pas net afgehaald. Het zwembad hebben ze alsnog geopend maar het water wat heel koud. Deels door het late openen en deels door het koudere weer.
Wat kleine mankementen aan de accomodatie maar deze werden allemaal netjes verholpen.

Stunning views, lovely pool, well equipped accommodation, friendly service. I don't think the booking.com photos do it justice.
As per other reviews, be aware there is no air con, just ceiling fans. If we'd been staying longer than a few days, this would have bothered us more.

The property is so beautiful and remote. exactly what I wanted for our stopover in Tuscany while road-tripping through Italy.

Pet friendly. The location was good. The property is very peaceful. Looks from the pool are pretty nice. The apartment was pretty spacious. Staff was nice
Not so comfy bed. A bit overpriced for what it offers: one set of bathroom toiletries for multiple nights, coffee pods only for one day (additional can be purchased at a hefty price), pool too small for the number of apartments.

Beautiful location in the Chianti region, the views were incredible from the pool area. Our kitchen/bathroom was newly renovated so it was modern and practical but still had a homely feel in a old heritage Tuscan style house.
Our kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, we had a stove and oven with utensils to use but there were no pots or frying pans so we couldn’t actually cook anything on the stovetop. We also didn’t have a kettle to boil water, and we only were given two coffee pods for the coffee machine so if we wanted a coffee on the second day we had to purchase more coffee pods for the machine.

It is very well located. The staff is very kind and attentive. The appartment and linen was very clean. The kitchen has many faciities (coffee machine, eletric kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator). The aprtment was big and had a great view.

Amazing location! Green nature around so calming for eyes.
There is a swim pool, my daughter was happy, a lot of space for walking and breathing. Great place to travel to Florence (30 min by car), San Gemignano and other beautiful locations

Great place in the nature of Tuscany, located in a very good place up to 30 minutes from main touristic places (Firenze, Siena, San Giminiano). Wonderful view and great big swimingpool. Carlotta our host was very kind and gave us great tips for places to visit and eat in the area. Great weather even in Aug. chili at night time, its a great place for families!
The shower was not well (water was coming from everywhere) . The bed in the parents room was not comfortable.

The location is fantastic. the apartment had a nice rustic charm about it and had huge rooms. The swimming pool was a life saver in that heat and kept the boys entertained for hours. Short drive to supermarket. The hostess was super friendly and even went out of her way to ensure we had what we needed.
The apartments could get quite hot and the ceiling fans didnt quite cut it. Maybe a standing fan or two might have been useful. That being said, not a big issue.

Carlotta and her colleague are very welcoming, friendly and professional at the same time, with very nice tips. The place is beautiful (and clean!) with a relax atmosphere. Comfortable base to visit around, plus with electrical charging station. Bravo and thank you!

The location was incredible. The pool and gardens were gorgeous. The houses and apartments were just what we needed.
The rooms have a fan but no air con so in mid summer it got a bit hot for us but nothing too bad. The apartments are not very soundproof.

- whole site is maintained well but you can see that some love is missing (no plants in flower tubs, leaves from last years Winter everywhere...)

The host is lovely. The premises are gorgeous and very well located. We even left a wallet and the host called us to come back and pick it up. We also got recommendations about restaurants and we can confirm that they are excellent.
