Family run hotel. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful family member. Very modern, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Even though it is modernized, one can spot features of an old building throughout the hotel, giving the place a special charm.
The hotel is situated on the main street. There was no traffic noise. Free parking was available in front of the hotel.
Definitely one of the hotels we would return to without hesitation.

We had to plan a one night stay in our trip and choose this place. we didn’t had any expectations, but we landed in a 4* hotel! This place is a hidden gem! the cleanliness standards are outstanding!!! the whole building, interior is so charming. Wolfgang is very kind and helpful. even the village is like in Disney tale. highly, highly recommend this place, don’t think just book.

What a great romantic marketplace this gasthof was located at. And what a great and relaxed hospitality from the owner. Sometimes you discover those places where it all makes sense. Great breakfast, not so big but all you need. Gasthof Sherzl is a keeper and we will definitly be back to stop here on our travels.
That it was only for one day. And that we missed the festival that was preparing. :)

Really nice, clean room, perfect location. The owner is a really helpful person, he takes care of the guests. I didn't take the breakfast, because I was in hurry, but they offer their own, homemade bakery stuff.

We rated the place the last time we've visited, and still love it! The location (playground in the near; close - 3 minutes - to the highway but still totally quiet; the whole street the place is located in; etc) the room, the breakfast, everything is just great. The hospitality of the owner and the staff is pretty much unmatchable. The 9.4 rating you currently see is a massive understatement. Absolutely wonderful!

I really liked the modern interiors, very stylish and cosy. At the same time, Austrian traditional style is kept in the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, the host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will remember this hotel and will stay again while traveling from the eastern to the western part of Austria!

Super quiet location, still very close to the highway - the perfect spot for a good sleep during a road trip. Flexible, customer focused and very friendly owner. Extremely good, freshly baked products for breakfast. All in all, a superb experience, can only recommend the place.
