WIFI needs some improvements, good enough but not very stable and not very reliable. Either the service provider has low signal at specific location or the routers needs to be upgraded

This place is AWESOME !! We had the Villa with the best view ever overlooking entire city of Lefkada, the sea and the area nearby. I've been in tons of places in my life and this was one of the most spectacular view I had by now. I highly recommend the place for stay as everything was great. This place is nearby (10-15 minute drive) from Lefkada city center and in convenient place to drive around the west and east cost of Lefkada. A lot of space, tons of privacy, clean environment and to my surprise not a lot of bees, mosquitos, etc. If you're thinking "Should I book it ?".. my answer is "Please don't".. I want to make sure it's free when I plan my next trip to Lefkada :D

I'm still rating this property 10/10, while there are few things to consider when you're around. The WiFi could be better - but it's a constant thing to consider in rural places in Greece + when you're on vacation it's sometimes better to be offline and enjoy such spectacular views. This is a rural area, with around 10-15 minute drive to stores, restaurants, etc.. you need to have a car. You can tell that some appliances have been used for a while, but still everything works and the owners are there to help with anything that may come up. It's really great and enjoyable to stay in this place.

Big rooms , big yard , big pool and are area around. Cleaning every day. Washing machine for clothes Nice view around the city of Lefkada. There's a family of cats around the property, bring food for them! :)

Barbeque/grill poor quality. Kitchen too small for 4 or 6 people.

I liked the property very much, two observations: -for that kind of money the pool material should be of higher quality...sunbeds could be renewed as it was a bit broken, same as umbrellas -wifi doesnt work well. Not a priority of course but if advertised that there is it should work better -understandable considering the covid situation that somethings changed, but the complimentary basket that was mentioned upon booking was not provided (wine etc)
