It's location

Images on Booking.com are misleading in terms of the size of the room. Mattresses are of poor quality and sofa bed even had stains on it. Pillow cover was missing.

Yemek masası ve sandalye var. Biz kendi kahvaltımızı ve yemeğimizi kendimiz hazirladik yine gelsem.yine aynı yerde kalırım.fiyatı zürihe göre uygun.

Arkadaş grubuysa 3 kişi biraz dar iki kişi için çok güzel. Duş kabini şeffaf. Şehir merkezinde olduğu için biraz gürültülü.Dış kapı biz kapalı sandık dışarda kesinlikle dış kapinin nasıl açılacağı belirtilmeli. Check in saati daha erken olabilmeli 15:00 çok geç.

The location was wonderful, 30 seconds from a pedestrian street full of bars, cafes, takeout joints and a grocery store. Easy walk to the main train station. There was a clothes washing machine which was much appreciated. Apartment small, but cosy and comfortable.

There wasn’t anything that bothered me.

The location is superb. Great value for money. Well equipped apartment. Perfect for a short stay with close friends/family members.

Preferably provide lighter bed covers for the summer. Unfortunately the loud cafes made sleeping difficult the first night (we arrived Friday evening). One should bring ear plugs to be able to sleep comfortably!

The best part of the stay was the communication between HITrental team and ourselves ... top marks for that. It is located in a great position to see the city, but see comments on loudness of nearby streets.

The two flights of stairs are very steep and narrow, making it very difficult with luggage up and down. There is no air conditioning ... fans were provided ... and we were lucky the temperature was in low 20 degree Celsius during out stay - it would have been unbearable if hotter. You can open the windows for fresh air, but keeping them open of a night lets in the loud noise of the busy restaurant and nightclub filled street(s) ... good luck with getting quiet sleep before 2:00am. The kitchenette isn't really workable. There is no extraction fan above the two hot plates - we didn't use it in fear of smoking out the apartment. There is no oven ... only a microwave. The couch/sofabed is very old and has stains all over it. The bed and pillows were 'ok' ... just.

Most horrible thing is Property is located on 4 th floor and there is no lift. And staircase is very narrow and uneven. I would rather say, Climbing mountains is easier than climbing up for this property. We left this ghost house without check in and opted other property.

No lift, the staircase are very steep.

Location, kitchen facilities, beds and toilet

No staff presence on all days. Online calls unanswered on last day of stay. During check-in, staff present unable to speak English, hence communication problem. Should have luggage storage facility if early check in not possible.
