good location next to the Panda park, with shuttle bus is really convenient.

The hotel is fantastic, rooms are really good and comfortable, staff was nice and polite, even the cleaning lady spoke English.

The location and transportation organized by the hotel, to and from the Panda Sanctuary was super convenient!

Spotlessly clean throughout (I think it has only been open a few months) and really, really good breakfast buffet. Staff at check in were efficient and polite. Location worked well for our needs. Would stay again.
A bar or an area to relax in outside of the room would have been nice. There are some sofas in the lobby but usually full o people checking in or checking out. But a minor complaint and it didn’t spoil our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room we had was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. The hotel offers good value for money if you plan to be out and about all day.
The hotel food is decent, but over priced. There are, however, many shops and restaurants within a five minute walk of the hotel. There was not much for our four year old daughter to do, the outside pool was closed, the sand area was not very clean, and the kids playroom was very basic.

Close to Panda Breading Park, has a great outdoor space, with a pool, church, really nice to walk around. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.
Good to stay there if only for Panda Park, otherwise a little far from the city.

Absolutely in love with this hotel. The location, the cleanliness of the room, everything is amazing and our one-year old absolutely loved the outside pool with sand. It’s a great place to stay with kids. Breakfast is amazing as well but need to come very early otherwise there are too many people.
That we couldn’t stay longer!
